This printer is so simple to set up, you can either set it up using Bluetooth on a phone or tablet, or it can be done using a computer. The print speed is really quick, and the quality of the paperwork or photos is absolutely first class. Should you purchase a HP printer, you must get one that allows Instant Ink, it really does cut down on the price of printing. I purchased this one for 2 main reasons:1. My old HP printer, after 7 years, had finally packed up, I could’ve got it repaired but I wanted a more up-to-date model.2. This one is being purchased using the Amazon pay in 5 instalments, such a handy way to pay without having to pay any form of interest.This model is perfect for using at home, printing photos, copying paperwork, or scanning stuff, it’s also perfect for business too. This printer does the lost, and there’s no chance of running out of ink whilst printing. Should it be printing a photo and there’s not a lot of ink left, this printer won’t let you print if the ink is too low. This is a great feature, how many times have you printed a photo, but it runs out of a particular colour whilst printing and the photo comes out with bits missing, that’s a waste of paper and the other ink. This printer comes with some really good features, there’s a setting that uses a sheet of paper to clean all the rollers, it’ll clean the printhead automatically, making sure it’ll always give a high standard of print. The paper draw automatically tells the printer what size paper you have inserted. Should you wish to copy a document, simply place the document face up and the printer will automatically feed the document through the scanner and back out again. These guys at HP have really thought of everything.

This all in one HP Printer is easy to Install & set up.Once done the print quality is good & ink usage also good.The touch screen panel is handy but my only moan is that the on off switch is at the back of the printer so not easy to get to if you have your printer near the floor.Other than that I am well happy with it & would definitely buy another should I ever need another printer.

Great printer, but incredibly hard to set up, and getting ink was really hard, as there was no flyer inside that was supposed to have a pin number on it.

Cannot give full details as Amazon claim i am breaching guidelines... just another example of big companies protecting each other, glove in hand. Suffice to say, the product is awful, we have had to pay a local IT consultant to come and set it up for us because 'It's the way that the installer makes the connection to the printer' - it is notorious apparently. So, that cost was almost the same as the printer but at least we had the HP instant ink offer of 3 months of free ink with an additional 2 months from the amazon offer. It was a struggle to get HP instant ink to honour this and then we find out it takes 10 days for them to deliver ink - and if you use your own ink in the meantime the printer cancels the order... so it is impossible to print 700 pages in a month, it is impossible to rely on instant ink because of the delivery leadtimes and the fact that ink is not despatched until you drop to 10%... so, i ended up paying over 260 in month one for the printer, ink and for a consultant to come and set up the printed because it's connection is flawed. I had more detail but Amazon refuse to allow me to share. The one star is because i bought a printer and in the most loose terms, it is a printer. Avoid if you value your sanity.

We bought this to replace an old HP 7520 printer. This was almost a breeze to set up. Various Wi-Fi connection issues, and sometimes you just have to give it a while to be picked up on the network, but I’ve been pretty impressed. It’s quicker than our old printer. Double sided printing works well. Not tried any photo printing - who prints photos these days anyway. It’s much smaller than our old printer which is nice, as this sits in our living room, and it’s far less obtrusive than the larger black printer. Very happy and the instant ink seems a pretty good deal, 6months free and then you get £10 credit. The cartridges that came with it did about 50 pages and then needed changing. We don’t do a lot of printing so I’m interested to see how long the instant ink cartridges last.

This printer is so annoying, I bought it Feb 2023 and it is so difficult for our smartphones to locate the printer on our home Wi-Fi network. Quality of print, photocopy and scanning is very good though. However I want to get rid of it as it’s so unreliable when you need to print from smartphones even when using the HP Smart app.

Easy to set up and use. The option of the Instant Ink and Paper is a brilliant idea.
