18650 Lithium Ion Battery Sleve
I use them to house 18650 batteries in place of those 3-cell AAA battery holders commonly found in LED flashlights.Not all flashlights are the right length, so check carefully.

Internal diameter is too large
Doesn't work for safe use of 18650 battery. Checked all 6 tubes. Same as others have stated so it's probably a poor design. Returning.

Don't use these with 18650 cells!
Item is described as "Converter for 18650 Battery to 26650". Outer sleeve diameter is OK for 26650 cell size... However inner spacers are WAY too short to correctly center an 18650 cell. This sleeve will allow an 18650 cell to slide all over the place and likely cause a short and/or damage to your device. (The inner spacers are *almost* short enough to accept a 21700 cell. Unfortunately if you try this you will likely damage the shrink-wrap insulation on the cell...)On the plus side, seller will be providing a refund with no need to return the items. So a few stars given for decent customer service.

Samsung 30Q battery wrapper was damaged due to this sleeve not keeping the battery centered.
