I inherited an HP laptop computer with a completely drained battery and no charger. All the stickers containing the serial number and other identifying information had been removed. Received a 3 because the cord is about 2-3 feet short to comfortably use laptop in e-z chair. Other than that seems to be working. All aftermarket chargers seem to have cords that are too short. Add 2 or three feet of cord and the rating would go much higher. Using on HP Envy x360 Convertible.For this model number sk90195231 (on the charger module) it was the best price of all the same chargers.

I wasn't sure if I was getting the right replacement charger but once I received this product it worked perfectly with my laptop and now I have my backup charger to take with me to work when I need it that way I don't have to crawl under my desk home just to get the original cord.

So far this charger has functioned just like the OEM charger. Without looking at the label, you wouldn't know the difference between this charger and the original.

Great replacement in an emergency. I had final due and dog chewed my original cord when when to recharge laptop, and was cheaper than the brand name. It got the job done.

I have never needed a charger plug stick directly out with my computer. It's always better to have this kind for me.
