My wife and I are getting ready for a overseas trip next month and our luggage is in rough shape –– our shared toiletries bag in particular. Since we have been sharing this bag, it's been over-filled time and time again. One of the zippers broke a while back and some of the interior pockets have torn. We decided to each get our own. Prior to ordering this item, I tried a few with decent reviews in the $15-$25 price range. They were absolute junk. Side note: this has become one of my biggest frustrations when shopping Amazon –– there are too many options, the brands are unrecognizeable, and finding something of decent quality is a crapshoot. If it weren't for the free returns policy, I likely would not shop here. But on to the review .... This Fitdom bag truly is a diamond in the rough. At less than 40 bucks, it certainly wasn't the cheapest option but solidly within a reasonable price range. I am pleasantly suprised by the overall quality of this bag. It has far exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed is the thick, tough, exterior fabric –– it's 1680 denier nylon fabric which is quite durable. Next, the bright orange, high-vis interior provides contrast, making it easy to see the contents inside. Speaking of contents, this bag offers so much capacity –– even more than meets the eye. I struggled to fit everything into the previously purchased (and subsequently returned) bag of similar size. Especially difficult to squeeze in was my medication hard case which, while packing, required a delicate exercise of stretching, pulling and zipping. With the Fitdom bag fully packed –– with electric shaver, electric toothbrush, meds, toiletries and a travel charger/cables –– I'm barely using half the capacity, which no difficulty zipping any of the pockets closed. Furthermore, there are some characteristics of this bag that suggest Fitdom has put serious thought into its design. The removeable paracord handle is ergonomically sized to feel just right in my hand. Rubber rings are attached to all of the smaller zipper pulls –– another nice ergonomic touch. I also appreciate the mesh fabric pockets vs the cheap clear plastic lining you see on so many toiletry bags. (While there is a single, sealed "wet pocket" lined with clear plastic, the plastic is re-enforced by mesh fabric over the top. So it seems durable than other wet pockets I've seen.) Finally, I found the tactical vibe to be both cool and functional. The grid on the front face includes hook-and-loop fabric so you can have all kinds of fun with morale patches. The MOLLE panels are not just for looks –– they will adequately secure compatible accessories like pouches and carabiners should you have the need. For me, I struggle to find anything not to like here. The bag offers quality and features you find in more expensive bags. My wife's new bag came direct from LL Bean. It's roughly the same size with a similar hanging design. However, at less than half the cost, mine has far more capacity and seems equally durable. While the "tactical" look and feel might not be for everyone, finding more bang for the buck might be difficult.

Love this bag. It's a bit smaller than my previous toiletries bag, but the mesh front ensure that nothing falls out, meaning items like toothpaste can be carried vertically without worry they'll fall out when you unzip. Lots of zippered or elastic pockets make it easy to store smaller items, including in the two zippered pockets with clear fronts on them. Could be used for so much more than just toiletries: xc ski wax, camera bits, smaller tools, the list is endless.
