I bought a Namastick because I saw someone at work using one for their sore back. They let me try it and I decided to get one. OMG! I use it all the time! I can really work out all my sore and stiff spots in my feet, legs, and low back. This thing is great! It’s easy to fit in luggage or my desk drawer at work. My girlfriend keeps swiping it so I may have to get another one. It seems well made and the finish is beautiful. Great gift idea!

I love this product! As a fitness (barre) instructor and personal trainer, I am always looking for something to help with rubbing out muscle soreness. Namastick does the job. I can apply my own pressure when and where I need it. I also love that it so portable and fits right in my gym bag. I can take it with me anywhere. I highly recommend this product!

I bought the 16” Namastick on a lark after reading about deep self massage with rollers. Foam rollers require you to get down on the floor to use them and I have some physical issues which make that difficult. Using a wooden dowel though, allows me to self-massage in a chair or standing.The Namastick is about an inch thick so it’s very solid. The wood is well sanded and varnished so it’s all smooth and nothing to prick your skin. The balls on the end can serve as handles or as part of the tool for massaging.The 16” stick is a little short for back work unless you’re really flexible. I’m not so I also purchased the 23” stick and it was worth the additional purchase. I tend to hold my tension in my upper back and shoulder and feel much looser after using the stick.I use the stick every few days and it feels great! It takes a bit of experimentation to learn how much pressure to use but with a bit of practice you can find your groove.

This recovery tool is the perfect replacement for your big, bulky foam roller. It's light, small, and travels well wherever you need it to. You can control the pressure and vary it to your personal needs. It's been great for recovery from my long runs. Namastick is the way to go!

While this is more expensive than other rollers, it is solid and has no moving pieces that can break. That is why I bought it--I don't have to worry about foam or plastic breaking apart and it will last forever. The instructions are brief but helpful and I have noticed a change in the tightness of my IT band. Also, it's not ugly. I like to keep it where I can see it so I will use it, and a blue plastic thing is an eyesore--this is subtle if not entirely pleasing.

I have been hunting for a roller that would not be bulky like a foam roller or cheap plastic, and I found it with the Namastick. Works great, fits in my gym bag with no problem, and it's more ecologically friendly. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a tennis ball to massage the bottoms of my feet in the past, but this works better. The size of the ball end is much better at hitting different spots all along the bottom foot. I don’t have to worry about it rolling away if I’m sitting and using it and not paying close attention (like has happened when I used a tennis ball). And I can roll under my foot with the stick portion like a foam roller too.
