Should have listened to other reviews. The safety seal doesn’t actually seal the lid so anyone could have tampered with it. I wasn’t able to use this. Very disappointing.

I was hesitate because I normally use a different brand, but I bought it anyways. My husband and my kids all take it including myself all take it. It's a little gritty, but a good flavor!! I haven't tried any other flavor yet.
