Edit: 6 months later I purchased this RGB ceiling fan back in May, and for the first few months, I was very happy with its performance, especially the low-profile design and the fun RGB light features. ​However, after several months, the fan suddenly stopped working. Since the Amazon return window had closed, I contacted the seller, beilandengshi, directly to inquire about the product warranty. ​The customer service I received was exceptional and quickly resolved the issue. ​The seller immediately responded and agreed to send a replacement fan under warranty. The seller quickly shipped the White RGB replacement fan right away. They also confirmed that I could dispose of the faulty unit, making the entire resolution hassle-free. ​While the original unit failed sooner than expected, the seller's proactive communication, quick resolution, and commitment to sending the correct item demonstrate excellent customer support. It worked! 6 Fan speed, 3 light colors, remote control and even the app. Although not wifi just Bluetooth. The only aspect that I would like to have improvement is the light. I wish it is brighter. Is it possible to get a better led light?. It was relatively easy to install once I got the white N and black L cables and the ground. This was possible because it's lightweight. Design is good. Black and wooden were Elegant.

Nice fan, this was the easiest fan I have assembled. and I have assembled quite a few, it works great. The phone app is working, however it needs some work, you can't access some of the features when you are access the app on your PC through your phone, trying to swipe left or right to get to all the features doesn't work. no big deal though. one good thing about this fan the current draw when it's set to the brightest light setting and fastest fan speed is only 330 ma, that's 1/3 amp or 39 watts, that's very low for a fan with lighting. all in all a good investment.

I really enjoy the fan. I just installed the Mpayel ceiling fan model# 8248-52. It was simple to put together. It has amazing features. However, I’m an electrician and an electronic data engineer. The setup is ridiculously hard and the directions are not correct. No wonder on Amazon it says frequently returned item. I just want to be able to use the remote control. So far customer service has been unable to get it to work. I was going to buy 3 more but if I can’t have the remote by the door to turn on the light it’s not gonna work. I have multiple remote modules on other fan brands and they work fine. Customer service told me I could just use the app. After 4 attempts I got it to work how ever if I’m not in the room. My partner cannot adjust the fan. This design wasn’t well thought out. You need designed to where the remote and at least 2 phones can pair to the fan by App. I also ask if there is a light indicator on the ceiling fan remote to light up when you push a button? I haven’t got an answer. You really have something here but the design needs a better pairing sytem. I have tried pairing the remote by powering off the fan for 4 different 10 minutes. The powering fan back up and holding the all on off button on the remote. I even used 3 different sets of new batteries. I then tried what your customer support said power cycle fan and hold setup button. Light on fan never blinked. I truly believe the remote is bad. Otherwise it works. Rep also told me that I could only use the App or remote not both. So I ask how do I unpair the app and just use the remote. I never got an answer. You need to know it's either the remote or the App and only app works on one phone!

Item works as described and is perfect for our setup (mobile home) moves just enough air for this small room but wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something that actually "moves" the air. It's very quiet as well. Also the item came damaged with a small chip on the lens of the light. Other than that it was all pretty much straight forward minus the fact that on the mounting bracket it doesn't provide you with the proper tool (I do new construction plumbing and have almost every tool / but imagineable but couldn't get the right one for this fan no matter what I tried (nor does a skinny Phillips or star bit etc) work for the actual wires (white, black, ground,) to go into the built in distribution block mounted to the fan mount. I used wire nuts from prior light fixture to get around this issue. It is super light (maybe 15 lbs total) and for the price I paid and for the room to look 10x nicer or a quick flip / remodel this is a good option. Light switch works in sync with the physical remote but keep in mind if you ever loose the remote or a pet destroys it the fan will become useless unless you purchase another remote. It is a sleek design with both fan blade colored being able to be utilized depending on the look you're going for. It fits this room for what it is but if you want something actually legit I think that comes with the price tag. Hope this helps someone. I purchased 2 of these they're easy to set up compared to some fans but that all depends on how mechanically inclined you are or aren't. The instructions are clear for me, but to the "average" person with no technical background or mechanical skills I would say they're a bit confusing.

Let me start by saying the directions for this thing are horrible. If you aren’t familiar with installing ceiling fans, you’re gonna have a bad time. Having said that, these fans are amazing. Lights are bright and they change colors slightly. The fan speed it very fast and moves a lot of air. There is also a gust option, like the wind. The remote controls every option, even fan direction and even has an ALL OFF button. There is a hanger for the remote so you can attach it to the wall. If you still manage to lose the remote, you can control it with the app on your phone. I will be replacing all the ceiling fans in my house with these.

I purchased three of these fans in September last year and one more in March of this year. As it happens, one of the original three fans stopped working shortly after I received the fourth one. I contacted the merchant via the Amazon website, and received a response that day in which they said that they would refund the full purchase price of the fan, which they did two business days later. I have enjoyed these fans because of their build quality and the practically noiseless operation at all speeds. As with any mechanical or electrical product, the occasional premature failure can occur, and I am hopeful that this recent failure is an example of such a rare occurance. That said, the responsiveness of this merchant is first class, and I am confident that if future problems arise, that they will deal with them fairly and in good time.
