Out of 4 different styles of locks this was the winner!
I bought 4 different styles of locks for a hotel stay. I figured 1 of them had to work. This was the only one that fit in the thin space of the door fame and door. It's also the quickest to unlock to be able to get out of the room in case of an emergency.Incredibly easy to use! Great quality and durable. I highly recommend this item. It provided me extra safety and security.

Excellent product. Was uncomfortable traveling solo until I purchased this durable door lock. Heavy duty and does the job as described. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

This door lock is so simple and amazing! Anything made by Guard dog is great! I have other items they make(pepper spray and the Billy club stun gun.)Their products are reasonably priced and fully guaranteed.I would highly recommend this door lock for home or travel.

Doesn't Fit
Doesn't fit. Tried it on 2 different hotel doors and my home doors and it wouldn't fit in any. It appears that a door would have to be very loose within the jam to make this work. Waste of money.

Very well made, heavy duty lock
I just received this lock and tried it out. It fits securely in the door, and works perfectly. Very well made and heavy duty.

Works but metal is too thick to fit in one of my doors
This works well, the metal plate is so thick it only worked on one door in our house not both. I have another brand that is red and a little different design, the metal is thinner, it works with any door.
