Very pleased with this machine
Very good machine and value for money. Print quality and quickness in printing both very good. I am a lady in my mid sixties and I managed to unpack it and installed it with great ease. My last printer that was 3 years old always sounded that it was going to take off but this one is so much quieter.

Poor quality rubbish
Absolutely useless printer. The first time I used it I noticed the print quality was poor, second time I used it the paper jammed so I followed the instructions to clear it and it now prints documents that are impossible to read. It's now saying both ink cartridges are empty after printing just 5 documents.It's going in the bin.

Replacement printer
It came in a box. I installed it safely, and it works well.

Good buy
Somewhat of a nightmare to set up but once achieved works perfectly, still working out some features but this was a replacement for my old basic straightforward one, did have to use my lead for the mains socket from my old one as you do not get one supplied with this which is fine if your using Bluetooth/ wireless all the time but if you can't connect that way which I could not, would have been stuck without main lead.

Doesn’t work with an iphone
Wanted printer specifically to work with iPhone for printing which I was assured it would. However, Does not wirelessly connect to an iPhone so you have to connect iPhone directly with a USB which iPhones do not have. Complete waste of time .
