I like that this is a relatively “clean” product. It stays on all day, and doesn’t dry out my lips. I can put it over a lip moisturizer (in my case that’s a lip oil), and then add gloss or more moisture, or nothing. I applied yesterday, then went to the dentist 3 hours later. After my appointment, I still had the lip stain on. The only negative is I have to be careful not to put it on as to have it be too dark. I wish there were more colors available.

Finally! This is the lip/cheek stain I have wanted for years and years. My everyday makeup look uses a lip/cheek stain, which 90% of the time is a shade of red. I've used Benetint for 20 years, but it's never been the exact color I wish it was; it's too pinkish. I've tried countless other lip/cheek stains, with the same result...they are lovely, but not that "red red" that I want. Joy is labeled as a "cherry red". Most of the time "cherry" red seems to translate to "dark purple red" which looks unflattering on my skin. This stain does not have dark red tones. I worried that Ere Perez "Beetroot" stain would come out the color of beet juice (which is a gorgeous color; just not what I want). It doesn't! It's like Ere Perez customized the color I wished for! To me this color looks like the juice in a jar of bright red maraschino cherries. It's the color of Grenadine liqueur (Pomegranate) held up to ligh,t so the darker tones disappear (Pantone 17-1558X). This stain is made with rose hips and beetroot, and my skin definitely, overwhelmingly brings out the color of the rose hips in this tint. I LOVE it! The texture is liquidy, but not so thin that it spills out of the rollerball, and not so thick that it comes out in blobs. It has a smooth, thin syrup constency that feels moisturizing and soft. It has a sweet taste of Agave Nectar! Great innovative product at a wonderful price! Arrived the day after I ordered it.

This product of pretty great considering it has minimal and natural ingredients. The only reasons for 4 stars is because the color is a bit more berry colored and less warm toned than I thought from the description and picture and I feel like it could use more glycerin or jojoba oil or something to give it more slip when used as a cheek tint because the product tends to absorb fast where you put it which makes it hard to blend at all. I’ve goin found that a wet sponge aids in application. A little goes a long way on the lips too. My picture is one application after a full day of work and a salad and chicken tender lunch. Stains lips well!

A so-called "natural" makeup product, colored with beet juice and red number 27.In a sane universe, this would be illegal.

Lo compre muy ansiosa por todo lo Que había escuchado y me desepciono.! La tinta no queda uniforme y no dura ni 2 horas. No lo volveria a comprar.!

Estaba buscando una opcion amis tinta. Que no fuera toxica ya que decidi cambiar todo mi maquillaje estoy encantada con este producto me siento segura de usarlo mas ahora que estoy embarazada

I’m really loving this product. I got the pink color and was happy to find that the color is very buildable, since I prefer a more natural look. It does not have to look like that super bright fuchsia in the product pics. It absorbs quickly and feels like you aren’t wearing anything after about 15 mins or so, and most importantly doesn’t make my lips feel dry or peel. I’ve found that if you can wait 20-30 mins after applying before eating or drinking, the stain will last through a meal and beyond. If you do eat or drink too soon it will come off though. Putting a little gloss or balm over it once it’s fully dry doesn’t seem to affect the staying power. I will probably get the red color too now that I know you can apply it more sheer. It worked well on my cheeks as well and was user-friendly to apply since again, the color is buildable. No strong taste or smell which is also a plus.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! It works so well on my lips, stains them the perfect shade of fuschia and is transfer proof! Works better than major brands like YSL, Clarins and others. Since I found it, I use it whenever I want my lips to look perfect. This one delivers every time!
