Haven’t been taking them long enough for any drastic change
Not a bad price for what you get. Easy swallow. As yet I’ve noticed no real difference but that said I haven’t been taking them for long and I’d assume the general 6 weeks or so is required before anything is realistically noticed. It’s had some good feedback so I’m willing to keep taking them to test it out fully.
