NARWAL S20 Pro Cordless Vacuum Mop with Self-Cleaning, Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner for Hard Floors, Ideal for Families with Kids and Pets

I am so impressed with this mop/vac. I had a TINECO that constantly broke and was difficult to keep from smelling. The Narwal is designed so much better. Seperate water and detergent is better for the rubber gaskets. The ability to get either a quick clean of the mop roller or a full clean/disinfect/ion drying keeps it clean. I can use it streak free even on shiny tile and glass. Once a day use keeps the whole house clean, and reduces vacuuming to just once a week for certain areas. The ability to go flat under furniture and low areas is unique ans well as extremely helpful. No more seperate mopping and vacuuming. I can even use it on entry rugs for light scrubbing. Eventually, we will also be purchasing their robot Flow model when it comes out for the same performance.

I really dislike mopping floors. First I need to vaccum and then drag a mop bucket and fill the bucket and even with a spin mop, I needed to dump the water several times.I love this vacuum/mop system. It tells you when the dirty water needs emptied, when the mop detects dirt, when to refill the clean water tank. Most of all it is sefl-propelled, so it is a breeze to use. Light weight and well balanced.I do own 2 cats and the hair was on the brush and I just wipped it off at the end of my work and the mop head cleaded and dried itself.I have just under 2,000 sq foot to mop. I have LVP flooring and it worked like a dream. I can now clean weekly and it is no longer a chore, but actually fun to do. It doesn't leave a wet floor behind, just damp.I trust I will get many years of service from this mop/vacuum.

Works well on tile and hardwood floors. Edge technique is awesome. Does not work to well on stuck on grime.

I am totally amazed by this vacuum mop! I did a lot of research before purchasing and it really lives up to and exceeds all of my expectations. I was first struck by how quiet and light it is, what a pleasant surprise! It cleans my floors so quickly and doesn’t leave any streaks!! My last Bissell left my floors super wet and I had the change out the clean and dirty water reservoirs multiple times in a cleaning session. Somehow this machine cleans my floors 100 times better with less water, it’s magic! I LOVE the fact that it has a wall to wall brush roll, so it cleans right up to the edge of baseboards, doors, etc. Also, I really like the fact that the cleaning solution has a separate reservoir and the machine controls dispensing it in relation to the amount of dirt being detected. I’ve already saved so much money on cleaning solution, no unnecessary waste. The control display is easy to navigate and has an intuitive design. Lastly, the self cleaning function is fantastic! The roller brush is cleaned and dried as part of the process which is awesome because it eliminates any funky smells. Plus, I have pets and there is no pet hair left on the roller or in the intake pipe when it’s finished. Overall, this is a great value for the money and I can’t imagine cleaning my floor with anything else!

We bought two of these, one for each house. Mine works great and I have never had a problem. However, my mom’s leave streaks everywhere. There’s a potential it’s user error since she’s not oneto follow directions but we’ve cleaned it and then we put it back together several times and it doesn’t seem to be working on her floors. Could be the tile that she has compared to mine, but I really like mine and use it frequently.

Don’t think about it, Just do it! This machine is a WIN, WIN!After my research I narrowed it down to 2 machines. The Narwal Pro S20 and……The Narwal Pro S20.No question about it!Guess what? I picked the correct one! No Doubt About It!It’s perfect! Not loud, self propelled, lightweight, goes under furniture, self cleaning and tells you when to refill water and soap, and a whole lot more!! This is a great machine! After deciding on this one, there were none in stock anywhere. I finally ordered one from the great Amazon. Not in stock but said it would ship in late January. And that it did. I received it yesterday. It was delivered in a box a lot bigger than necessary but after checking out this machine I figured out why! Those porch pirates would have loved to get this. There are a lot of demands for this I’m sure.Go and get one and check it out for yourself! There is no way I’m returning this one. It’s worth every penny and a lot more!!

After many YouTube reviews - I decided upon this fine wet dry vac. They should probably pay me for this review but I digress.You’ll find before and after photography demonstrating the cleaning ability for a polyaspartic coating on my garage floor which hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Literally, took me about 5mins to put together and verify battery charge of 68%. Cleaned for 20mins and the images are proof of a satisfactory job.Build quality is very good - much better than all the cheap plastic on Dyson. I can tell that this company has plenty of engineers perfecting this unit - very happy with build!Battery life is better than expected at 50ish minutes in real world scenarios.Noise level is limited - I plan to store the unit in my garage though.Multiple cleaning modes make this unit superior - watch the YouTube review.Self cleaning function is very, very good. Hard to beat. Uses a heated bar to disinfect roller which is a first for these units across the industry. Obviously, pushed by a smart engineer.Smell is nonexistent.Cons: 1. When upright/pause, the shaft tends to drift left or right.2. Base feels cheap but doesn’t impact performance.3. Unit width/brush width could be wider.Overall, as a tech purist with an emphasis on health - I am very pleased with this purchase. Purchased during Black Friday.
