I've had this since December 24. Here is my review of the product.Great screen size.Android auto app locks up on the daily. Have to force stop each timeWhen getting a call the screen shorts out an displays thr attached photos.I lost the info for the manufacturer but I wish I could get help directly.UPDATE 4-21-25Worked with manufacturer an updated radio. Same result. Android auto sometimes connects an when the radio gets a phone call the screen does what's pictured. To resolve you have to disconnect the battery.Update 5-22-25Radio lost bluetooth ability, factory reset an now radio just blinks. Junk an re installing factoryUpdateRadio shorted out and burned the Ignition wire going to the main wiring harness of the car. Un sure of what happened I got a phone call and the screen when off while i was driving then i smelled wires burning, Typically i could go 2 or 3 days on a daily driver without resetting the radio as it very rarely works as described. I wish that Amazon would remove this from their store, as if you garage your car could be an issue if we are not melting wiring.Gladly junked the radio and reinstalled the factory unit. After removing part of the dash to spice in a replacement 12V ignition wire.

My wife has had to deal with no Bluetooth or Apple Carplay/Android Auto for a few years now and I decided to get this for her to upgrade. It fits extremely well, looks awesome compared to the old stereo. My main gripe is how the software doesn't seem as well polished or 'user friendly' as my Sony head unit.The fit is perfect for a 2014 Chevy Cruze and I didn't have to deal with any of those weird brackets or space fillers or anything. It just fit in place and looks like it's part of the car. Installation was great, just a couple of adapters to plug into the OEM cable harnesses and we're off to the races (so to speak).The software on the other hand. Oh boy. It FEELS like I strapped a tablet to the car. Radio function works fine, picks up the local stations, but anything after that just feels like a poorly designed app. The default home screen can't be changed and I can't even customize the unit to go straight to Android Auto. You have to click on the Wireless connection thing, wait 15 seconds and then you're in AA. My Sony head unit automatically detects that it's connected to my phone and boom: Carplay.TL/DR:Fitment is perfect, installation is super easy, but software looks bleh.If comparing to stock radio, it's a great upgrade with a decent price.If comparing to aftermarket radio, maybe look at some reviews and pick something else.

Great value and it functions well easy to install good quality and its fit very good and its look fantastic.

Honestly I was iffy on getting the radio but my one original one wouldn’t work so I took a chance I haven’t had this radio very long but I can officially is has worked amazing since having it easy to install took longer to get the old one out then putting this one in. Does come with a bunch of wires we just hooked it up with the one from my other radio. Don’t really need the back up camera it hooked up to my other one. But I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a replacement. Does have car play you can hook your internet up to it a works great watch YouTube download apps like the App Store.

Good item

This seems like a great system that is custom fit for the Chevy Cruze but the quality is horrible. It constantly glitches and has now completely stopped working after only 6 months. There is no manufacturer support and Amazon thinks it’s a rechargeable gps device, which it obviously is not.
