These printers are good, we have been using them for over 20 years. This one comes without a power supply, to me an absolutely unheard of way to sell products that need electric power. Spoke to the vendor who claims if you scour the ad and find the very small obscure print it tells you there is no power supply. I told him that should be in bold letters on top of the ad so unsuspecting buyers like me would know you had to order it separately. It is not an expensive item, I bought one from the same company and it shipped in a few days, but it was a totally unnecessary pain in the A... to have to order twice.
