Original sauce.
I've tried a substute but not a patch on original. Taste. Quality, and value for money all excellent. I cannot find it locally any more so thank goodness it is listed by Amazon. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful anchovy product. Essential in any kitchen. The old packaging is a joy to see on the larder shelf. I would take bottles to a desert island if i had to go to oneThis surely has more than a classic product. Please do not think of changing the label. It brings real pleasure every time i see it. AND it is a brilliant anchovy sauce the best available anywhere. W

SUPERB SAUCE.
When growing up we always had Burgess' anchovy sauce from their glass stoppered bottle with large cod steaks from the fishmonger. That product is no longer but Geo Watkins has stepped into the breach with their time-honoured anchovy sauce recipe. Perhaps try a Victorian dish of steamed or par-boiled whole cauliflower, drained and then oven roasted in foil with a drizzle of this delicious sauce.
