Sofa comfortable, spacious and large enough to accommodate my family. I assembled without the instructions because I lost the instructions but assembly was easy, like putting pieces of a puzzle together. Customer service was very responsive and helpful.

Edit: 11/4/2024, Seller was able to message me with the tracking shipments of the missing boxes and that it was on delivery, Amazon just does not allow to display multiple tracking numbers for multiple packages for big sets like this item.Would HIGHLY recommend potential buyers to contact sellers to see if there are multiple tracking numbers for the multiple boxes.(old) 4 out of 5 boxes delivered, Box D (the connecting corner seat) was missingWas easy to to assemble but without that corner seat, its incomplete.

I was very skeptical buying a couch from Amazon, but I’ve always wanted a sectional and decided to take the risk. I’m so glad that I did because this couch is so comfortable. It’s the perfect amount of firm with softness and flush to it. It doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on wood. I put this together by myself in about two hours honestly, the most tedious part was unboxing all of the parts. The easiest part about this was following the simple instructions. All you have to do is basically screw the legs on and then slide the pieces together they have hinges on the sides. The sofa came in five boxes very quickly. It came a week earlier than I was notified. I got a notification saying I had to be there for signature, but luckily it was left in front of my house. The storage underneath is awesome. It’s very big and it holds maybe six sets of bedsheets, two quilts, couch, pillows, and more!!! I’m so excited that I took the risk, the color is beautiful, and I’m so excited to relax on it!

Easy to assemble, very comfortable, large storage space. Just as a suggestion, inform the buyer where the assembly manual is, that is, in which box it is.

I was concerned but I have always wanted a sofa couch. Once I add decorative pillows this will be an amazing purchase. Set was simple as well.

This couch came just as it’s listed, was not hard at all to put together. Family is absolutely happy with the new couch. It did come in 5 packages the only con I had was with the separate packages they all had different tracking numbers so when it said delivered I only received 1 package with 1 tracking number . However the rest of the packages came a day later so I was pretty happy non the less
