Crisp, vibrant monitor with excellent colour accuracy I bought this HP Series 5 23.8” monitor because I wanted a compact, high-quality screen for my home setup, and after using it regularly, I’m very impressed. The monitor is paper-thin, sleek, and lightweight, making it easy to fit on any desk, and the colour output is excellent, with vibrant, accurate tones thanks to the 99% sRGB coverage. I especially like the 100 Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals during general work and casual gaming, and the adjustable tilt makes it easy to find a comfortable viewing angle. Brightness and contrast are consistent, and the IPS panel ensures good viewing angles. I liked it enough that I purchased a second one for another workstation. I’ve been using the HP Series 5 27” FHD Monitor (527sf) for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality and performance. The 100Hz refresh rate makes everything from everyday tasks to gaming and streaming smooth, with no stuttering or lag. The colors are vibrant and accurate thanks to the 99% sRGB coverage, and the 1500:1 contrast ratio ensures deep blacks and crisp details. I also appreciate the low-blue light feature, which has helped reduce eye strain during long working sessions. The ergonomic adjustments are a bonus, allowing me to easily tweak the height and tilt for comfort. With both HDMI and VGA ports, connectivity has been seamless, and the monitor is super easy to set up. On top of all that, it’s great to know that this monitor is responsibly made and WWCB certified, aligning with sustainable practices. Amazing piece of equipment, screen is wide, sharp, comfortable to the eyes, got versatility with the cables, I.e hdmi, usb etc. Definitely worth the money, even if I did get it on sale 😀

Had this monitor now for almost a year, it's great. Really good quality, lovely to look at. The slide mechanism to change monitor height is really useful.

Light weight, easy to set up, 27inch is a nice size, easy to read and good value. The picture is bright, and clear, with good focus and colour. I downloaded the HP app to adjust the settings. Downside for me is the lack of attachment points for a monitor arm otherwise I would have brought another one.

Beautiful screen - the best feature of this is how thin the screen is - unfortunately this is its biggest downfall - you have to keep it on a desk - the first one I had, I put away once I had finished work for the day - within about a week, the screen had cracked. The second one, I’ve set up a small office space, so it stays out. The size is fantastic and the resolution is very good. The look and style are its best feature, making it one of the best available on the market.

A really great 1920x1080 31.5" monitor. Prefect for watching my film collection of mostly DVDs and some Blu-Rays. Looks good from 7 feet away, though DVDs do look slightly grainy on a screen this large. The colour & contrast are good, which is the main thing when my primary use for this is non-UHD multimedia and the whites are white when using stuff like Notepad++ etc, which is something I have had issues with on a previous purchase, subsequently returned.. Very happy with this purchase, especially as it is HP (my brand of choice for this sort of thing).

I chose this monitor specifically because it was the height-adjustable model. Unfortunately, the stand I received looks nothing like the elegant, slim metal design shown in the product photos. Instead of a sleek aluminium frame, I got a bulky plastic square base. This was extremely disappointing, especially since none of the photos showed this actual stand. I paid extra for the height adjustment, but ended up with a very unattractive and cheap-looking design. The misleading presentation really ruined the overall experience for me.
