I have a bad habit of overfeeding my fish and I'm not going to lie I was a little skeptical about it working and delayed installing it for a month, but my tank was getting quite dirty and cloudy, so I did a 40% water change and added just this filter and a week later the water is still as clear as when I changed it. I love it and I've ordered a second one for my other tank. I will post before and after photo reviews when I receive it.**Update. The first picture was after I first installed the filter right after a tank clean and slight water change. The second 2 are from the next day. My tank has never looked so clean.

This one really works great. It helped clean up my algee problem. I had got one not as powerful as this one. It wasn.t worth the couple of bucks that I saved. Because it did not work. This one is wort every penny.

Oh, I've bought hundreds of products from Amazon and I've never responded and said my opinion! But here it is a must! It's a simple cheap and useful product and unusually good. My aquarium was very dirty and the water was very cloudy! And what I didn't do, it remained dirty. I bought this filter and just in about 40 hours, the aquarium and the water are unbelievably clear! It's simply a must!! And it's amazing

Using in my turtle tank.. has cleared up all algae problems and keeps the water crystal clear . Easy to use and set up. Easy to clean filter.. instructions aren't the best but that could be my typical male problem with instructions. Only had it in place for a couple weeks.. I will update when I know more about durability.

I wrote a review about my 2 units not working I figured it out and they are now working properly.
