It gets quiet easily dissolved. Comes in a good sturdy container and the taste is also good. But, it's too early to judge it's usage and content of protein.

The taste is rich and smooth, and it mixes easily with water or milk without any lumps. The Informed Choice UK certification adds a lot of confidence in terms of purity and safety. Each scoop gives 25g of protein and 11g EAAs, which has noticeably improved my post-workout recovery. I feel less soreness and more energy the next day. The standout feature for me is the ProHydrolase enzyme technology. It makes digestion incredibly easy—no bloating, heaviness, or discomfort, which is a common issue with many other whey proteins. Overall, it’s a clean, effective and great-tasting whey isolate blend. Definitely worth buying if you want quality results.

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience with Bigmuscles Nutrition Premium Gold Whey (2kg, Rich Chocolate). Within the first week of using this product, I developed severe stomach pain, nausea, bloating, and diarrhoea after every consumption. These symptoms clearly show that the product is not safe or suitable for use, no matter how attractive the price looks. To make the situation worse, the brand offers no refund or return policy, leaving customers helpless even after facing serious health issues. This is extremely unprofessional and shows poor quality control. Because this product caused severe health problems and the company failed to provide any support, I am planning to file an official complaint through the Consumer Helpline and take further legal action if necessary. I strongly do NOT recommend this product to anyone.

It does well for what it is. My biggest problem with it is, I didn't like the taste so I had to add peanut butter into the mix which balanced the taste. But drinking this alone was not possible for me. I bought NAKPRO Double Rich Chocolate before this and it tasted atleast 10 times better than this without the Peanut Butter. Other than that I didn't really have any problem. Smell was fine, overall quality is alright too. Just the bad taste for me brought this down to 3 stars.
