Apple iPad All Models/Genuine Luxury Executive Leather Case Gorilla Tech Brand Smart Protective Designer Cover with Stand in Retail Packing (Navy, iPad Air 2)

Having just purchased a new iPad Air. The first thing I did was look for a case. I spent a lot of time checking through the vast number available. I finally decided on this one.The reviews were good and it looked like a quality product.It’s just arrived and it’s an excellent case. Yes it’s a little bulky but I don’t intend to carry this around in my handbag. That’s what my iPad Mini of for.The case is well made and sturdy. My only issue and it’s totally my fault for not checking I know. But it doesn’t have an auto wake/sleep function. It’s the first case I’ve ever come across that doesn’t have this. Although to be honest I wasn’t checking for this since I assumed they all had it. I’ve re-read the description and it’s not mentioned. So it is my fault. You could argue it’s pure laziness to need one. But it’s more that I’m used to having it. My kindle case has one and I’m used to just closing and forgetting.My husband also got an Air. He doesn’t normally bother with a case but I might try to talk him into having this one.

Really nice case for the iPad and it fits perfectly. My only gripe (not a big one) is that the fastener would be better if designed to come from the rear and fasten onto the front (more a right-handed thing), rather than the other way around (which seems to be for left-handers?) As the fastener currently is, it fastens onto the rear so catches when you place the iPad down on a table with the case closed. It's just a personal preference thing. The only other thing which would be nice is if it shut down the screen when you close the case.

This is the second Gorilla Tech case I have purchased, this time for my wife’s new iPad Air 3. Excellent product, the outer colour (Red) is as my wife expected. The inner iPad holder is an blood orange colour which is not quite as expected but acceptable. Sadly the gift voucher I received with my first Gorilla Tech purchase was not able to be used for this item which was a shame. None of the discount code instructions which the company give with the voucher worked and the sales email contact was not at all helpful. Had there been no voucher in the first place I would rate this 5/5, so great product but not so great customer service.

Graet Case - using it for my Ipad Air 3rd Generation. Nice and sturdy; good protection.Only quibble is that the case held the on/off switch down about half way, leading to random switchings on and off.Gorilla offered to tak the case back but I eventually chose to cut around the offending piece of the holder using a sharp craft knife and the problem was solved.I understand from Gorilla (excellent customer service) that future cases will have a relevant cut-out to ensure that furure purchasers will not have the same problem

It is a beautifully stitched leather cover with an integral tray that holds the iPad. The fit is perfect, neither too tight nor too loose. The speakers, switches and other controls are easily accessible and the camera, despite the thickness of the cover is in no way impeded and works perfectly.The cover holds the iPad when open at a variety of angles that is comfortable for viewing. I bought this cover to replace my old cover which did not protect the back of the iPad and failed at the hinge. It has transformed my iPad from a fragile entity into a precious leather bound folio (which is what it should be!).The cover is held closed by a central magnetic strap that wraps round the back and shuts with a reassuring click. If there was a very minor negative, it would be that the end of the strap when open gets in the way and needs to be folded back on itself.If you are looking for a stylish iPad, an old-fashioned leather diary look, that has a really nice tactile and reassuring solid feel, then I have no hesitation in recommending this. If you want a cover that allows your iPad to become all bashed up, smeared and sticky that fails structurally at the hinge with in a year, then this is definitely not the cover for you.I understand this is a family business - I like that too!

Very well made product, stitching good and stand part of case works perfectly. Easy access to all buttons. Is it REAL leather? I don’t know and frankly don’t care. The REAL leather product I viewed was almost three times the price had reviews which highlighted problems with accessing switches and inferior method to keep case together when iPad not in use. Case would undoubtedly outlast the iPad but what use then? This case is strong, visually attractive and will certainly protect the device for its lifetime.

I love Gorilla tech ipad cases as I bought one for my ipad in 2015. It is still as strong, and despite frequent handling, it still looks good as it wears well.However, I bought one for my uncle last year, and another for my mum this year and they are not as sturdy as the original. However, this said, they are still better than others we have bought and the cases are still srurdy, but not quite as much as before.Overall, I do recommend Gorilla Tech ipad cases as they have outlasted many others bought by members of my family.

I did a lot of research before buying this iPad Air 3rd Generation cover, for my new iPad, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. The leather is lovely, and the cover is very well made, and it also seems very sturdy. I bought the black one, and it looks very classy. I wish I’d discovered it before. The iPad stands well in the grooves, and fits snugly into the cover. The magnetic clasp works well. I’d highly recommended this product and would definitely buy this item again, although I can’t imagine it’ll need replacing for quite some time, as it’s obviously well made and very good quality. A very happy customer.....thank you. 5*
