seriously just laid down and immediately had to write a review this pillow is fabulous and everyone should have one it’s comfortable its stable and very relaxing like I am excited for the rest I’m about to receive only bad thing I have to say about it is has a weird plastic smell to it but Febreze cleared it right on up other than that I’m already in love with it

I purchased the Sasttie Wedge Pillow for my husband during an extended hotel stay for cancer treatment, and it was an absolute game-changer. The adjustable design and multiple configurations allowed him to find the perfect position for watching TV, reading, or just relaxing, which made a huge difference in his comfort. The orthopedic memory foam provides great support without being too firm, and it helped him rest comfortably no matter how he needed to sit or lay. It was especially useful in a hotel setting where we couldn’t adjust the bed, giving him the support he needed wherever we were. I highly recommend this for anyone needing extra back, neck, or posture support—whether for recovery, relaxation, or everyday use. Worth every penny!

The pillow design itself is a mess. The cheap snap buttons do not work without extreme force of strength. Uncomfortable. Too soft to have any true support for your back. There has yet to be a good configuration to be comfortable. Only the small rounded pillow separates, so your stuck with two awkward triangles. The toxic chemical smell that most vacu-sealed products contain is beyond belief. Soaked in vinigar, washed air dried in full sun. Nothing will remove the smell. I have asthma, the smell EVRYTIME sends my lungs burning and I have had several ER visits from how bad the attacks are, oxygen is rather required, this waste o money is not. It hhas caused more pain than help.

I'm happy with the comfort of this wedge pillow. It works for me but it does have an unpleasant smell. I let it air out and sprayed it with KOA, so I'm waiting to see if that helps. Otherwise it is soft but firm. I find it to be comfortable. I will update in a couple of days. Only 4 stars because of the weird, chemical kind of smell.

I used this after surgery and it was easy to use. I used it in both the higher position right after surgery which is what I needed and then switched to the lower option as I healed up. I was able to convert it quickly and easily.

The pillow is great. Firm, sturdy and comfortable. It has a distinct odor. I'm still trying to get rid of the odor. I have spray a disinfectant for use. Seller needs to better with that portion of the product.

This wedge pillow has served its purpose thus far! My oldest son had top surgery and it was recommended by many of his doctors to sleep on his back elevated. This offered comfort (which is why my son gave it 5 stars), despite him not liking to sleep on his back. It does provide the option to have your arms resting while sleeping on your back but you're not able to sprawl out. Having a wider wedge pillow would be a nice addition for that purpose. It also does in fact help with acid reflux. My son mentioned that he didn't "slide" down the pillow but could if he wanted to, so it does offer support. Lastly, much to my son's surprise, he said whether the room was hotter or colder, the wedge pillow seemed to "regulate" his temperature well in a sense by not getting hotter or colder too, which is a super plus. Overall, this was a great buy!
