Great product, easy to use .... cant go wrong for the money, used it on my carpet stairs and we have 5 Alsatians, make sure you hoover before hand otherwise it can get clogged up easily...

What a night in. Cleaned the dog sofa, very satisfying. Set up quick and easy, machine small, did not expect this sofa to be viable, bish bash bosh.

Currently only used this upholstery cleaner once for a mess our cats have used but absolutely love the pet attachment. It prevents any pet mess from going through all the tubes which I really helpful for cleaning the machine. For the 3 different heads and also the 2 difderent cleaning solutions it is really well priced as it is somethimg we will be using a lot. The pet odour cleankng solution works instantly which is incredible for messy kittens. My only thought is that it makes a really high pitch noise when being used which is uncomfortable on the ears.

Great tool for stains on rugs, sofas and carpets. Easy to use and really does whats expected. Good size for storage when not in use.

If you're looking for a really good spot-cleaner for your carpets, this one is very good, indeed. On my first use, I managed to eliminate some tough stains that have been ground in for some time, so it works very well. It's easy to set up, easy to use, easy to break down and clean. It leaves the carpet a bit damp, but not soaking wet. The drawbacks: the instructions are printed without text, and are a bit on the small side, so they were hard for me to make out. Happily, you can find demonstration and instruction videos online that clear everything up. Might just be me being heavy-handed with the spray button on my first go, but I think the reservoirs are a bit on the small side, as I had to refill the tank (small stain load) to finish what did not look like a substantial job. But it really did the job, though! I got mine at a considerable markdown in a recent sale, but even at full price, it should pay for itself after a couple of uses, when compared to renting a carpet-cleaner for the occasional stain removal. Highly recommended.

I have three mucky pups and I can highly recommend this product. my living room rug and sofas were in well need of a re clean so I had seen it on TikTok a few times and thought sure why not give it a try especially since it was on sale for Black Friday on Amazon. I also purchased this to save a bit of cash rather than having to higher someone or rent a rug doctor every time I needed to clean them overall it’s brilliant my rug and sofa came up like new the shampoos that come with it are only samples so I would recommend purchasing the full bottles of solution with this product but they are worth it because they work. overall I am so happy with this product definitely worth the purchase can also be used on carpets on stairs and they smell so fresh and clean and come up like new I was shocked by the results considering the size of the product. Overall one of the best products I have purchased and the price was well reasonable too. The weight isn’t too heavy so it’s easy carry around and the noise is like a standard vacuum the length of the hose was reasonable too and the size is perfect for compact cleaning and storage the length of the power cord is reasonable too enough to do a stairs and landing and not too long your tripping over it. It’s also perfect for cars that need a clean too. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids who spill things or pets with mucky paws with carpets and fabric sofas 10/10 from me.

Took a chance on the reputation of the brand but although it's a nice little machine you will get the same performance from much cheaper one's Don't expect any area you clean to be very dry as the suction power isn't good enough for that but it will clean deeper than using just a wet cloth

We have been looking at carpet / spot cleaners to use in the house and car for a while. We have a dog and kids so the carpet has been collecting a variety of marks including some we can't remember the origin of. We decided to go for one of these as opposed to a general carpet cleaner so we could target the problem areas easily. Our main reservations regarding this machine were the reviews regarding leaks. The first thing we did was to test it for leaks and ours was ok. We first used it on a warm day and it was about 22 degrees in the house. The product did well and we were shocked at how little fluid we needed from the "clean" tank despite tackling dry stains. We used it on a carpet and were able to suck the majority of the liquid back up. The carpet of course was damp when finished but was dry to the touch after a few hours. It did a really good job on the stains (we cleaned half our lounge and the hall with the "large area" fill) but will probably fill to the "small area" line next time as really we find the large area fill is too much for one person in one go. After cleaning the machine, my partner removed both tanks and lifted it up to the sink, the hose fell on the floor and we did get a puddle, although as the machine had been flushed, this was clean water on lino so it could have been worse. Next time we will make sure the tube is stowed properly so this can't happen. However I do recommend that the residue liquid in the base is drained out to avoid things going mouldy. On a similar note a minor gripe is that it is almost impossible to dry the "clean" tank fully, or vent it during storage. We'll see if it poses an issue with time. I gave it 4 stars for ease of use as the instructions are not very clear. As others have said they are all pictures and there are a few little things like measuring cups marked in floz but the instructions give quantities in ml (29.5ml = 1 floz). That said we were ultimately able to follow them and assembly and use was straightforward.

It’s not working for me ,there’s no suction out of it,I’ve tried everything I’d like to return it ,if that’s possible ,what happens next?
