Excellent flavor, but too expensive when compared with other alternatives

This buffalo ghee is made from buffalo milk. It tastes similar to regular cow ghee but the texture seems a bit grainy. It melt just the same as cow ghee. The container is glass with a metal tin to seal, it's wrapped in 3 layers of wraps; however, the tin lid seems to get a bit dent and the ghee leaked anyway. I still have a good amount of ghee left but I wish it could be stored in a different container with better lid.

It is easy to use and it enhances the flavor of my recipes. I like the quality of it too.
