This hat is exactly what you are looking for if you want a quirky little Professor McGonagall hat. It is very sturdy. Once I opened the package I was able to shape and make it out for my head. For standard size head, it fit perfectly not too big or small. Its like a black velvet like material. Ill use again.

Suggest using a can of spray starch (or similar product, sizing, hairspray, rtc) to stiffen and smooth wrinkles out.

Works

The media could not be loaded. The hat was vacuumed sealed which caused major creasing. If you need this for last minute and don’t have time to wash and iron it, this is not a good choice for you. There is no structure to this hat.

The hat worked perfectly for a Gandalf costume. It was pretty wrinkly on opening, but a touch with our steamer got it looking great easily. It fit over the wig well too and stayed on so it was a good size for an average adult sized head with a wig on.

I got this cause a hat that came with another Gandalf costume was terrible quality and looked terrible. This one was of good quality and looks nice. Fits the part.

Wonderful, simple hat for a witch costume or a Harry Potter sorting hat. Worked great. Would buy from this seller again.
