Incredibly good flight stick
Relatively inexpensive, but incredible quality for the price. I was using the Logitech/Saitek x52 and decided I wanted a USAF F-16 flight stick, but I wanted an extra button or 2 to supplement my TrackIR and tell the simulator that I wanted to manually change my POV for the occasions when I need to look at the far back panels. I was blown away when I plugged in this stick. I was not expecting the difference. This is a great flight stick. You can feel the difference in control and it has a ton of potential buttons and keybinds. I highly recommend this controller. Also I like that it has adjustable tension and the ability to lock out the yaw twist if you have pedals.

Great stick!
This stick, even if it’s not on sale, is a fantastic value. The casing is largely plastic as are the buttons and triggers, but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break in the middle of your first flight. The hall sensors are awesome and build quality are both better than you might expect at the price. All axis are smooth and adjustable by hex screws under a convenient removable cover plate on bottom of the base.It has a slider control that can be used for a throttle. It works well, and I got used to it before I got a dedicated throttle, but the one thing I’d nitpick is that I’d prefer if there was a stop point in the middle for zero throttle. That’s just me though and not really a knock on the product. I use it for Elite Dangerous and I have a friend that uses it for flight simulators; we are both quite happy with it. Would buy again for sure

FRAGILE LIKE A SALTINE CRACKER AND WINWING DOESNT CARE!
VKB clone that doesn't cut the mustard. Great grip feel and stick x,y,z precision is great. It should be considering they copied VKBs gimbles. Unfortunatly that's where the similarity ends. The "button stick" on the far right forward of grip is just weird. Its a mini stick but it only acts like a hat. It has no x-y imput until it gets to the end of its axis throw then it just clicks then lays gimp and floppy. It has no return to center spring. The click itself is very odd and the 4 directions feel different from one another. Alsmost like 1 stick but 4 buttons with different return tensions and you have to push so hard to get the click that often the stick gets pushed down and activates the 5th center button. I would often have to click several times to get it to actually recognize the input. The 3 hats are very slick feeling. Easy to just slip around them which is nice until you actually want to push on them. A bit of matte finish or rubber coating would help immensely. The buttons on the matte black base are also black with no LEDs. This makes finding them in a dark room very difficult. Some of them can actually get stuck if you do not push the buttons directly over the center. It LITTERALY warns of this issue in the sticks owners manual. NOW to the best part. After only 32 days of ownership which translated to 8 gaming sessions in Star Citizen, the usb c adapter snapped off of the motherboard. WinWing has chosen to copy VKB quite well. Unfortunatly they didn't copy VKBs use of the robust USB-B port! Instead they swapped it to a usb-c. My Galaxy S23 phone gets charged sometimes twice per day and never had its usb c break over the past 2 years. Come on WW... 32 days?!?! They won't fix or replace the part. According to them it is misuse on my part. Not sure how plugging in the cable is considered misuse but here we are. They say its my fault and i have to pay for a motherboard and import tariffs. They'll work with me on the shipping charge though. Oh yay! Spend the extra 30 bucks and get the VKB. On a positive note I will say these Ursa minors are a far better design than the non centering Saitek/Logitech X56 Rhino EXCEPT for that ridiculous usb port that's more fragile than a saltine cracker. I just ordered the Thrustmaster SOLs. We'll see how they compare.

Excellent mid-range flight stick
It's not a cheap joystick, but in this price range, it's head and shoulders above the other offerings. Lots of buttons and hat switches, absolutely perfect gimbal action--not too mushy and not too strong--and great build quality. I easily programmed all my usual frequent cockpit functions to the hats and buttons in MSFS2020, and there are several hat switches and buttons left over for future assignments. The base is well-designed--it's pretty long front to back so it doesn't tip when the stick is at its maximum forward or backward deflection like my Turtle Beach flight stick.I also have the VKB Gladiator and the Logitech Extreme 3D, and I prefer this stick to all of the other ones by a mile. The Gladiator is too softly sprung and doesn't have enough hat switches, the Turtle Beach is a little too lightweight and really needs to be screwed to the desk to be at its best, and the Logitech's potentiometers wear out after a few years. Between stick feel, build quality, button variety, and stability, this Winwing hits the sweet spot for me.

I would’ve gone with VKB if I’d known the thumb stick was going to break
Worked good for a few weeks of light use. The thumb stick on the side broke rather easily unfortunately no replacements for the thumb stick are available. Still works just have a thumb stick I can’t use.

Phenomenal value!
This totally upped my game in nuclear option, war thunder, and DCS. The simpro software is kinda jank and getting vinration to work is very hit and miss but those don't really impact the function of the joystick. One big cavet, it has a very short throw which can make WW2, WW1, or really any older prop planes a little harder to control at first but you can buy or DIY extensions to make it a bit easier. But for space and modern fly by wire craft, it's unbeatable!

Easy time break.
Im a fan of winwing but not this this stick. Very brittle two buttons broke. I bearly used it. I read some of the reviews which matches my own problem.
