We've been using this for about 1 year and it's been wonderful. Nice to have everything organized and well kept. Best thing has been the customer support, the snap on the lid broke off for us and they immediately replaced it for us!

I super love this salad container. The sizes for the salad part, toppings and dressing are perfect! It is made with very strong materials. I have been washing it on the top of the dishwasher every day for 10 months and it still looks perfect, but I also have been washing the dressing container and the silicone part of the lid by hand, so I haven’t had any leaking problem, once it’s closed, everything is very secure.My husband started working as a teacher last September, that was the reason why I bought the first salad container, I liked it so much that I ended up buying one for me, one for my mom, my sister got one for her and one for her husband, and my friend got one for herself. I really recommend it to anyone that has to take lunch to go. My husband says that the best part of his day is when he eats my salad. He has been eating it every day since September.The only issue I had was that I broke the little part to close the lid twice. The first time, I bought another container to just replaced it right away. The second time, my husband told me to call customer service to see if they sell just the lids. So I emailed them, they don’t have just the lids, but they sent me two complete containers. So now I love Bentgo salad containers even more seeing such a great customer service.

I loved using it! For 3 weeks until the lid broke. The plastic latch part on the side snapped and now the whole thing is useless.Update: the seller sent me a new one free of charge. It is working well and I use it every day.

I love my new bowl. Perfect organizer for my carry out lunches for work at the office. Clever, lean, modern design. I love that it separates my salad toppings from the main greens and the center salad dressing or condiment container is perfect. So far no leaks! I bought the glass bowl style, a bit heavy but I got it to reduce residual odors /stains from using a plastic set plus safer for microwave use.It makes preparing my to go salads fun, easy and delight to put together at my desk/cube at the office.Keeps me on track for my nutrition goals in my weight loss-wellness journey.

Saves room, compared to having multiple containers to keep salad from getting soggy. Works great.

However, Bentgo customer service was amazing they helped me and are sending me replacement lids.A few things to remember for warranty:Only buy from their 1 authorized dealer on amazon.Take pictures or videos if you are still under warranty and need replacement. (Or they wont replace)Contact Bentgo directly on their website not here.First off i want to say i love these and the only reason i am giving such a low rating is because i bought 3 and 2 have broken in the same way! The clips that hold the top tray broke not in a crack way either so i know it wasnt cause i was being rough. They gradually got loose and then one day just lightly popped off.The bowl itself is great i wish that they would fix the clips and make them better quality. Im down to using 1 lid for 3 containers and its only been a few months. Please fix the cheap clips! I really like this because the glass containers make it so easy to heat up and clean. But i cant use a broken lid 😭

This is a great salad container, my only gripe is the tabs the cover uses to secure itself to the glass bottom. On one of my containers the tabs broke off. I reached out to Bentgo, and their customer service got back to me right away. They stand behind their product, and have sent me out a replacement. Super happy with my Bentgo purchases. I’d look into getting more of their products if they were available in Canada
