As described and you can really feel the muscles tense
I've always been sceptical about these. I've bit the bullet to help with final toning. The pulses are really felt. Especially the arms and shoulders. I was going to use it whilst working from home but it's completely impossible to type due to it's doing its job and tensing my muscles 😂Highly recommendPads work well and stay in placeInstructions are easy to useBattery lasts for agesGo for it

Muscle stimulation works but Amazon lack of explanation, Item durability
Item would be good because works well on muscles. This is despite gel pads discolouring after very little use. Unfortunately one of the arm units doesn't work after only around 6 uses which is disappointing as is the lack of response from the seller when I tried to let them know. If this was bought in a shop, trading standards would chase over the issues so sad to see that it can't be resolved by an online company.

Anlan V Shengmi
Lie down apply the stimulator put on an audio book, relax and let them do their thing for the allotted time as they auto shut-off.Notable Differences.Firstly the fact you can charge all 3 at the same time from one usb really is a boon. The Anlan device needed individual charging which was a major inconvenience. The Anlan stomach/back stimulator is much smaller never adhered well therefore it proved useless. The Shengmi remedies that with its wrap around design and larger surface area. The Shengmi stomach/back has legitimate intensity and good connectivity to the applied area due to the design. The arm/legs are of a standard size.Which makes the Shengmi a 💯recommended purchase. It should be noted that no muscle trainer replaces physical activity. But if you are disabled or unable to visit a gym this will certainly help. Can certainly noticed a difference between the two. The Shengmi made my stomach feel like it has been worked out.A tip you can extend the life by using the gel which is used on a TENS device. You can buy replacements from flintronic Gel Pads you get 66 for £6.99.Will update within a month. Though the Shengmi muscle trainer is 5🌟 out of the box on day 1 based on the overall design of the pads, ease of charging, application, stimulation and current price point. There are silicone pads on the muscle trainers and it ships with 16 in total which replaces all the pads when tired and worn out.

Looked ok on paper!
I've had this device for several months.1st issue. The sticky pads vary in viscosity so some stick, some don't.2nd. The stomach pads are far weaker so don't do anything.3rd. Now, the pads won't charge, so the pads, when switched to say strength 4. immediately reset to 0 and don't pulse at all

Really works
This is really working for me it's taken a couple inches of my love handles. In my opinion, it is a great option for people who have less time to work out.

Very poor quality
It flimsy plastic the pads are so hard to use and the replacement gel pads are poorly designed so hard to remove the plastic they fall apart get stook on everything. Nothing to strap around waist to keep in place. Not functional can not sit down wearing it. Crap for the price. The reviews are made up no way it is what the reviews say. Stay well clear do not buy

Little disappointed
Unfortunately only lasted for 3 weeks before it stopped working, was good whilst it lasted.

Works well
With this handy device, I can finally achieve those toned abs I've always wanted without leaving my house. The different modes and intensity levels are like having my own personal trainer at my fingertips, and I love that I can customize my workout to fit my needs.
