This supplement is and should be a staple in most homes. This is great for clarity and mood stability.Next, I would like to try one without the L-Theanine. works great but gives me the jitters as caffeine would.The fact that there are some many helpful factors at play, this (with Docs approval of course) is ideal.

I've managed to become an alcoholic. Too much drama and traumatic events have made it even worse. Figured I'd try these to see if they might assist me in decreasing my alcohol consumption. To my surprise....they did....even on the first day. Alcoholism absolutely sucks. If you struggle with addiction or dependence, I would suggest you at least give these a try.
