Came on time and appears in good condition, However, it did not ahave the Authenticity certificate as stated in the ad.

These were beautiful. Got them as an anniversary gift. The backs are a little hard to get started. Beautiful white color and I not afraid that I'll lose them as I tend not to take off my earrings at night and have lost several over the years. A love them.

I purchased these earrings a couple years ago and have been very happy with them. I wear them constantly but somehow one of the screw backs came off. Thank goodness I didn’t lose the earring but only the backing. To replace that seemed hopeless through my local jeweler who tried endlessly. Then, I sent a notice to Amazon and voilà, I instantly had a reply from Isaac Newman Co. After several emails referencing contact and purchase info my earrings were on their way to N.Y., and soon after were returned to me with a brief explanation of the charge. I now have matching ear lobes and am VERY HAPPY with the service that the Isaac Westman Co provided.
