It’s a good tool but could be more improved.

Cheap machine.

It dsnt get hot to the desired temperature. So it's really hard to glide through your skin. Ur hair gets pulled off while u r gliding it. It's super hurtful. The machine should be warmer enough for the wax to melt and glide easily.
