Bright red..not a hair color.found ...not Auburn...really....very disappointed...sending back

I've used both Toppik and Xfusion; both are good products. I ordered this because it was much cheaper and I see what -- there is NO way you could possibly call the color I received Auburn; it is a very, very bright fire engine red! I have never seen hair that color -- other than at Halloween. Back it goes, lesson learned -- sometimes you really do get what you pay for.
