I picked this out since my physician suggested that I take something to help my lymphatic system detox. He suggested an herbal blend to start, just to see how my body responds. I have been taking this supplement for about a week now and as of yesterday I have noticed significant increase in water loss and my face, lower legs, and arms, aren't as puffy. I just followed the directions on the bottle and the dietary advice of my physician. So far so good. I really like the blend of herbs this product has. Very easy on my stomach and no problems at all taking this product. As soon as I have my follow up then I will know if I will be purchasing amother bottle, I hope so as I prefer natural methods. This product was double sealed and even required a cutting tool to remove the plastic seal. It smells faintly of herbs and is easy to swallow, with no real discernable flavor. It seems like a quality product.I'm not really sure where the plastic surgery stuff comes in, as it's only the following ingredients: Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Echinacea Flower, Licorice, Hibiscus Flower, Quercetin. So it seems more like herbal tea flavors than actual effective products. This is even more the case when most Dandelion Root supplements are in the range of 500-6000 mg and this one only has 80 mg. Is that enough to produce the diuretic effect that people are going for? Hard to say, but it's odd that it's so different from what other products are providing.Since they tell you to take 3 of these per day, it's pretty expensive and won't last very long.4/5 for odd dosages that don't match competitors and a frequent schedule that makes them very expensive.

Great product, works well. I had no stomach issues after taking and it did help me a lot. I like that it's made in the USA!
