I bought 2 of this very inexpensive umbrella for my kids. One of them had no problem, the other one needs to be pushed harder to be able to open it fully so maybe not the best umbrella for a 6 year old (I would say 9+ years is ok). We contemplated returning it but my 6 year old really wanted me to draw some minions in it and this was perfect for that. All the kids need to leave their umbrella at the entrance of the classroom and then they forget to pick them up, this one is so small it can stay inside their backpack pocket so they never leave it behind. It’s also very simple looking so the bullies leave them alone, so far they are only destroying the cute looking kids umbrellas.

This is a huge umbrella. Meant to buy it for my little girl but too big. Since the quality is pretty good and it is quite cheap. I will keep for myself. The color yellow is quite ugly though

Good summer /rain umbrella!It is pretty! I was looking for beautiful designs inside and in protection at outside material. So this one was perfect.Just this umbrellas doesn’t have push button opening and tiny bit bigger and heavier than expected. Overall, I like it!

As others have said this umbrella is extremely hard to lock open. You need a lot of strength. The only way I could get it to lock was to open it, put on floor, and with both hands push it into the floor until it locked. Of course this doesn't work in a real situation.I did leave it fully open and locked for a few days and locked and unlocked a few times. This seemed to help a little but still can't get it to lock most times.

This was a great umbrella for traveling. Compact, easy to use, and kept me dry.

It is a beautiful umbrella. However it's bigger than expected.I wanted something smaller. The pic they show, it looks really compact and it is not.Please be aware, it is a normal size umbrella. Not for small handbags.

Bought this for my daughter..super compact so she can store it in her backpack and great size for blocking out rain
