I can’t recommend this product enough! It’s a great price and it works amazingly! I use it for headaches/migraines and for when I’m having bad anxiety symptoms, and wearing this immediately slows my heart rate. The material is super soft and comfortable, and it stays flexible while not getting too cold too put on your head.

Does what it says it will do- and fast! get it if you have migraines! I am so grateful for this thing! I keep it inside the package, stored in the fridge. That way, it is ready when I need it. It does not have to be frozen to work. I have not tried it in the microwave. It brings almost instant relief of my migraines. It is just tight enough for my big head, so it stays put. It smelled a little out of the package the first time but that went away. It is easy to clean with a mild soap in the kitchen sink, never put it in the washer before.

An item I never knew I needed like a security blanket. I use this for my nighttime routine for I have suffered from migraines and RLS. This mask stays cold and completely secured you in. What normally would take me an hour or more to fully fall asleep this mask allowed me to knock out in half that time ! No smell. It’s not thick but the quality is immaculate and to keep air flow I appreciate it’s not so compressing

Sometimes nothing will touch a migraine in terms of medication, and you have to lie in a dark room and wait it out. That's when you need this. I took off one star because it's so cold straight from the freezer that it's painful in its own right, and I ended up trying to stuff fabric behind it, but then it warms up pretty quickly so the fabric had to come out....the whole process felt very fiddly, like I was always adjusting it, and that's not what I want when I'm in too much pain to stand up. I don't know what would make it easier to use--maybe putti g it in the fridge instead of the freezer, but that would shorten usage time. For the periods during which it is cold enough but not too cold, I would say this provides moderate relief. There's a bit of a "synthetic" smell straight out of the box but that fades. It will pick up smells from the freezer, however, so putting it in a Ziploc is not a bad idea.

I love this migraine relief cap so much. It helps ease my pain and gives real comfort when a headache starts. The cold feels soothing and the material is great quality. The price is good too which makes it even better. I reach for it every time I feel a migraine coming on and it truly helps. I highly recommend it. I don’t smell anything unpleasant and it is easy to use. Immediate relief and covers the entire area needed.

This needs a higher review! It has helped sooo much with my migraines and is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It stays cool but you do have the option to heat it or put it in the fridge. It’s extremely comfortable, not too loose and not too tight. Absolutely love this. I bought a second as a back up.

This headache mask has been a complete game changer for my migraines. Honestly didn’t expect much but this mask works wonders. It’s soft and stretchy and fits snugly without feeling to tight. The gel stay cool for a long time and the fabric is cool against my skin. Helps soothe sinus pain and mention headaches like a miracle. If you deal with sinus pressure, migraines or even puffy eyes this mask is a must have! Affordable, effective and surprisingly comfortable, I can’t imagine not having it now! It’s definitely a staple for me.

This product is amazing! As someone who suffers with migraines this product really helps tone down the pain and pressure from the migraines. It gets really cold and does stay cold for a good while but I got extras to alternate just in case. If I had to say one thing that could be better about this is it makes your ears REALLY cold so just be weary of that. However 10/10 would buy again

Parfait pour les migraines

Dès les lendemain de la réception j'ai pu le tester car j'ai eu une grosse migraine. Je l'avais préalablement placé dans mon frigidaire. Il me semblait trop grand mais j'ai senti qd même la compression,légère pas désagréable et surtout soulageante . Au bout d'une heure avec allongée la migraine avait disparue alors que d'habitude sans il me faut presque toutes la journée ce qui m'handicape beaucoup.

Ottima morbidezza e consistenza. Il peso un po' sostenuto aiuta ad alleviare ancora di più il dolore. Senza nessun odore per davvero, anche se non ci credevo. Insomma lo raccomando per chi sfortunatamente soffre di emicrania.
