Excellent Collagen. Highly recommend it

You get 60 capsules, each containing 635mg of hydrolysed marine collagen. The instructions recommend 2 capsules per day, which gives you 1 month’s supply if you take the full dose. I only take half the amount so it will last me a bit longer. The capsules are a good size. Not too big, but large enough that they have a decent dose. Usually I prefer them in a pot, rather than a bag, but it has a good seal, so there’s no real problem. Considering it’s marine collagen, I think the price is reasonably good. It would be lovely to find a really cheap source of good quality collagen, but I haven’t found it yet, and this is as good as any I’ve found so far.

These are a standard size and nice and easy to take. They also have no residual flavour, which is great.The pack recommends you take them on an empty stomach. I personally find that this gives me a slight stomach ache, so I prefer not to do that.I haven't been taking these for very long, so I can't comment on the long-term impact of it. I haven't noticed any particular effect so far.This 2-month supply of marine collagen is selling for £15.99 at the time of this review. I guess that's an okay price, if they prove effective.
