Perfect for our conservatory! I bought this turntable to solve a problem we had with a large cactus which rapidly bends over towards the light each day. Would need to remember to manually keep rotating it each day to make it bend back. By placing the cactus pot on this turn table it slowly rotates throughout the day so it gets even sun on all sides and now grows evenly and straight. The slow rotating makes for a great display to appreciate all sides of the flowering plant. Its setup on a timer switch so it runs during 12 hours of daylight each day.Of the various turn tables available to buy, I found this one was best because:1. It rotates slowly (about once per minute) unlike others which whiz round 3 to 4 times a minute.2. Its extremely quiet - You cannot hear it rotating unless you put your ear right up to it.3. Its compact - Not too deep that it stands out too much.4. It looks smart5. Good priceVery pleased with the item. We use it to rotate plants, though I can see this would be great for rotating and displaying all sorts of things!

It does what it says on the advert - it is a rotating display stand. It is quiet and smooth and works well. I guess the only improvement could be variable speed control as its rate of rotation is gentle and slow. Ideal for fragile, delicate items but too slow for an online (YouTube / Facebook) advert. I'm fortunate to have editing software which can speed up such videos / adverts. No complaints so recommended

Great gadget, only issue is that sometimes you need to keep turning the on/off button multiple times to get it to rotate the other way. Can get very frustrating, especially if you have fragile items on the surface.

The media could not be loaded.  Sad though it may seem to some people, I am using this to display a newly built Lego Star Wars Death Star (obviously I bought this for my grandchildren's benefit, not mine.....). The model weighs 4.6kg and the turntable operates perfectly. The added, unexpected bonus is that the top pad is loose fitted, so if small inquisitive fingers try to stop the model rotating, the pad remains stationary and minimises the possibility of damage. Excellent.

Rotates at a good speed for plants, good load capacity, and there's a top plate that's basically a slip ring so if your item snags on something, the turntable doesn't break. All of which is good.Sadly though, after being nearly silent the first few times I used it, it now buzzes quite loudly. Enough that I can't really use it where I wanted to, as the noise is annoying even a few metres away. Build quality is probably questionable.

I've had a few turntables but always unhappy with the volume of them. This one excels at this, the noise is non exisitant which is brilliant. So much so it is next to the tv with a very big assasins creed model upon it.The on / off switch on the side is also a blessing, so many of the other turntables were lacking this.Overall well above the normal standard of any turntable, great buy.

Great item - at first: almost silent. Did not detract from the ornament on display over the fireplace. Now, after only two weeks of intermittent use, it makes a horrible whining, which is very distracting. We don’t use it anymore.

Motor stopped working after 1 min of being on , on both products . However supplier was very supportive and followed up to see how I was getting on with product.
