I was hesitant on spending the little extra on a preset box, but I decided to pay for the packing and the cute box it arrived in. It arrived shortly after I made the order and so people know, it was shipped in the box they show. For me hoping to surprise my mom for Mother's Day, she ended up being the one to go out and get the mail and asking me what did I order from Maine... so I had to give her gift a little earlier than wanted, but that is okay!! <3Everything was packaged neatly and my mom(who spent many years up in Maine but is currently somewhere else :( ) absolutely loved it. It was perfect and made her so happy. Thanks to the group that makes these! <3 They lit up her day!!As for shipping, nothing was damaged, and as stated before, everything was very neatly placed. I would not mind buying again for a future gift.

For the price, the box left me desiring more. But overall it was okay.

These chips haven't been made in Maine for twenty years.
