Before i start let me firstly say I've been using quickmist for the past 6 months (maybe even longer now) and financially it has become more expensive than cigarettes. I have vapes but obviously you are restricted as to where you can use them. This week I came across the Nicorette nasal spray. When you begin using this for the first time it is going to really sting, however persevere and it kicks in very quickly. Have tissue to hand as I had a slight sneezing fit and needed to wipe/blow my nose. Don't blow your nose too soon though. General advice online is that burning sensation calms down after the first week or so.

Great product but available at much lower cost through other retailers. This has almost doubled in price on Amazon since January so shop around people. Greedflation at its worst.

Addictive and very, very expensive. More expensive than actually smoking but less hazardous. Does the job but left addicted.

This stuff really deals with cravings effectively; it’s a shame it’s so expensive.

I've been trying to give up vaping having successfully given up smoking a couple of years ago. The problem with vaping I replaced one habit with a worse one to my mind as it was always in my hand. I've tried quickmist but find the flavours cloying. The nasal spray is initially a bit like inhaling chilli 🌶 but from what other commentators have said, you get used to it. You certainly know you've had a dose and I haven't had a craving for my vape for two hours now. Given how I was using my vape. That's very significant.

These are great but you don’t need to be buying these, they are offered on the nhs for stopping smoking. Save your money where you can and contact your local gp. These are way overpriced at £30 for what you actually get, nicotine in a saline solution.
