This was purchased for use with a new Acer 27 inch VG27 OU monitor . This is an upgrade from my older Dell Ultrasharp 24 inch . The Dell has a very good stand. Swivel , height adjustment, and the monitor can be turned through 180 degrees for a vertical display.The Acer is a very good panel, but the stand is not that good, only tilt , and it wobbles when touched.So I bought this stand to use as a replacement. Its very well engineered , comes with fittings for through desk, and desktop use. Most of the tools are supplied apart from a small posidrive screwdriver which you will need.The instructions are pretty good. Check the size of your desk before purchase as the desktop stand is fairly large its 270 mm deep X 330 mm wide.When its all set up and the lock screws are tightened it a very solid setup. I am using it with the largest recommended monitor and its very stable . No wobble !!For the price its a very good buy , recommended.

I bought this in order to flip my monitor for playing vertical style arcade games, and it was cheap. But other reviews praised it so I took a chance. I am glad I did. For the price it really is exceptional. There are a couple of niggles.1. A couple of reviews mentioned how fiddly it was to build and I have to agree. Single handedly its not easy to line the pole up in the base and attach the first screw. Grab some help and its not really an issue. The rest of the stand went together quickly and easily.2. The bracket to raise and lower the monitor has to be released with an allen key. (Stored in a bracket on the base) but I feel a hand turn solution would have been better.And thats it. The heavy base is extremely heavy. Its going nowhere with my size/weight of monitor. And I can flip it from horizontal to vertical with minimum fuss. As long as I don't want to adjust the height anyway.I truly am impressed with the quality of this stand for the price. Outstanding.

It's sturdy and easily holds a 24" monitor. But can't be adjusted without the use of the allen keys which is a pain and could have been easy to add to the existing design.

I needed a stand to hold a 27 inch light weight (4kg) monitor in portrait mode. When this stand came, I knew immediately that it was very sturdy. The base is strong, heavy and large and can easily take the weight of a much heavier screen. The VESA clamp assembly came with spacers in case your monitor back is highly rounded. The height is fully adjustable and would work with a 27 inch screen in portrait or landscape mode. There is a ball and socket arrangement which allows you to adjust the screen a bit in all directions very smoothly and rotate through 360 to landscape mode. Note if you want to bring the monitor closer to your eyes, you have to move the stand. The adjustment is very smooth, allen screws adjusting the resistance. Easy to install, good instructions, although initially I was apprehensive seeing all the screws and allen keys! All in all very impressed.

This is one of those products where the quality far surpasses expectations for the price. The base is a big slab of heavy metal. The pole is also sturdy and well made. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it's a little fiddly to setup but nothing too difficult. It comes with all sorts of fittings for fitting straight to a desk or free standing. It also comes with all the screws, allen keys and spanner. Seriously, for the price I paid for this, there's that value of fittings alone!

Works great for my 22" monitor, a must buy to improve ergonomics and posture. I love the fact it has a stand and grommet mount so you have a choice further down the line

Well built and sturdy monitor stand.The standard VESA mount fits most monitors and you can have it either with a base plate or bolted to your desk.It was easy to put together but not as simple as others I have come across.I don’t like having to use an hex key to adjust the height for the monitor once mounted. That’s very fiddly. Based solely on this I wouldn’t purchase this again.

The quality of this stand is from bygone days, first class product…perfect for the Echo15 that Amazon can’t even be bothered to supply a plastic stand for after paying £300 for their echo15…

Compre este soporte porque no tenia mucho espacio en mi escritorio y quería poner una segunda pantalla en vertical, la verdad es que es un pie que no ocupa mucho espacio, es muy estable y además muy sencillo de montar.

Gebruikt om het scherm hoger te zetten dan de standaard voet evenals het wat meer te kunnen kantelen dan kon met de standaard voet van het scherm. Beide doelstellingen verwezenlijkt. Tevreden over de kwaliteit.

Utilisé pour mettre un vieil écran 19p en mode portrait. Il est excellent, rotatif et super stable.

Dass mein neuer Asus Monitor (www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00GGQFO5I) an sich gut sein würde, konnte ich den Rezensionen entnehmen. Genauso auch dass der ab Werk mitgelieferte Standfuß eine mittlere Katastrophe sein würde. Beides hat sich dann bestätigt, v. a. die Instabilität des Fußes. Damit macht die billige Plastikkonstruktion jedem Wackeldackel Konkurrenz... ;-)Hier musste etwas Richtiges her. Ich habe dann in letzter Zeit verschiedene Monitor-Halterungen getestet. Diese hier ist mit Abstand die beste: Extrem stabile und auch schwere, wertige Konstruktion aus Metall, wahlweise bei entsprechender Lochung in der Tischplatte fest verschraubbar oder - wie in meinem Fall - zur freien Aufstellung mittels schwerer Gussplatte. Und gleichzeitig ist sie auch noch sehr ansehnlich.Die Montage ist einfach (Anleitung, Schrauben und Werkzeug liegen bei), alles lässt sich wunderbar einstellen. Allerdings ist zu bedenken, dass das Verstellen von Höhe und Neigung nur mit entsprechendem Werkzeug geht: Die benötigten (und eben auch mitgelieferten) Inbusschlüssel sollte man v. a. in den ersten Tagen nach der Montage in Monitor-Nähe bereithalten, dann ist das Nachjustieren kein Problem.Andere Halterungen, die sich ohne Werkzeug verstellen lassen, verstellen sich gerne ungefragt von selbst (insbesondere die Neigung) und neigen auch eher zum Wackeln. Hier dagegen sitzt alles schön fest!

Ottimo prodotto, semplice da montare e soprattutto il supporto da agganciare alla scrivania non è indispensabile. ho montato un monitor vecchio da 22 pollici e regge che è una meraviglia.si inclina tranquillamente verso ogni direzione e si possono tenere le brugole nell'aggio dietro al monitor (c'è una supporto che si aggancia al braccio e si possono inserire le chiavi e arrotolare i cavi) in modo tale che se serve si può regolare l'altezza del monitor.
