Ordered many times, but activating can be a mixed bag.
I'm in a big city, so no connection issues. The price of $16.99 is a good deal for 12Gigs 4G connection. The only problem I have is that that there are many different sellers supplying Amazon with these cards. Some are NOT preloaded and require you to email them or sign up online. These suppliers need at least 1 day notice, and hours to connect are limited to their business hours.Sometimes you get lucky, and get a card direct from Lyca. These are preloaded, and are super easy to get started. No internet needed. Just like the ones you buy at convenience stores. Almost totally plug and play. These cards are unlimited internet, which I like. After12Gigs speeds are throttled. Web pages load in about a minute, video chat is choppy, but usable. Scrolling apps like Insta or Reddit are almost unusable.Protect your data by turning on Data Saver. If you have Spotify Pro, disable downloads over cellular on their app or else they will use up your data downloading your Playlist. If tethering to an iPad or PC, disable auto downloads on them first. If they decide to update apps or even the operating system, it can eat up all your data in minutes. All 3 of these have happened to me, and it's a real bummer when it does.On the bright side, the sim was only $16.99. :)I just got 2 more for family coming for a visit.

Big disappointment, could not activate
I purchased 2 of these SIMs for a Hawaii vacation. I'm from Canada, so I tried activating the day before the trip and received errors saying that the SIMs were invalid. I tried on both the Lyca Mobile site and the vendor's site JZN Market. Both returned the same invalid SIM error.Upon landing in Hawaii, I tried again to activate at the airport. One SIM activated but only connected to the network for a couple of hours and did not work after that. The other did not activate at all.We contacted JZN support and they directed us to Lyca support. The Lyca support was slow and we were unable to get any meaningful help for 2 days.At that point, we gave up and bought local SIMs instead of waiting for Lyca to help.I have bought and activated Lyca SIMs from JZN Market in the past and they worked fine. This time was a big let-down.

Data stopped working 16 days later and can't get support
The card worked fine for 16 days and then suddenly didn't connect to the internet. When going to Lyca support, we can't type in the phone number because it's a data-only card and Lyca doesn't recognize the number. So we paid for 30 days of data, only got 16, and can't contact anyone for help.
