These are the overall best and softest cotton compression socks I have found. Cotton is the best because it breathes better than any other material in my opinion. However, all compression socks have other materials like nylon to help with compression, so no compression socks are as soft as pure cotton. But these have the most cotton (70%), are well made and as comfortable as compression socks can be. I have tried both the M-L and X-L versions. There is not a lot of difference, but the X-L are a little roomier in the feet and calves. Overall, the M-L is best for me. I am 5'8 with 14" calves. They are actually so long that I have to roll down the tops about an inch to fit under my knees, but that's not a problem because the compression at the tops is much less. As for compression, they are a good balance between getting them on and off, versus compression. They have plenty of compression, especially at the ankles. Any more, and they would be too hard to get off.

Good Quality, non binding at the top, long length . I have worn 20-30 mmhg for pain with vericose veins for 30 yrs. These socks are easy to put on, the cotton is comfortable, they don’t bind at the top. They are tall enough to pull up to just below my knees. (I am 5’8” and need longer lengths). I have washed them twice but I do not put them on the dryer.

Compression socks fabric generally sends me into hyper overstimulation so I hate them. I have hEDS and am supposed to wear compression every day. These have legit cotton bottoms like thick regular socks. The calf part feels like a mix of the fabric. It may be impossible to get the feel I want on my calves where I don’t feel the stitching but for the most part they’re are so much better than the typical compression fabric, esp if you have sweaty feet

As advertised, cotton, fit well and good amount of compression. Great for winter, but I was surprised at how hot they are as the cotton is quite dense. Still pleased with them but won't work in Florida during summer or spring.

I wear these socks n love them. There is just enough of padding on the bottom foot to make them comfy

This product may fit others better, but it cuts my circulation off at the knee. Uncomfortable after a time.

These are my favorite compression socks. I've bought many different brands and these fit my needs best. They are medium weight in the legs and thicker on the bottom. The heels should last longer than other brands. They are the perfect compression - not too tight but not too loose. The toe area is also great - no extra material to bunch up and no annoying seams. They are slightly longer than some brands but not too bad. Overall, my favorites and I will get more in different colors.

These Sox are great! Excellent compression but the top is not too tight (my worry every time I buy a new brand). Exactly what I needed.
