Perfect little thermal printer for printing labels, stickers, and shipping labels. Reasonably priced. Excellent print quality. Easy to set up and comes with everything you need to set up and print. Tech support is on a memory stick (included), but I didn't need to use it. It's plug and play. I connect via WiFi. Nice and small, doesn't take up much space on my desk

A big hassle connected and does not print the right size through Amazon!! And when I want to return I can’t check the free because it’s there drop off which is far from me and so when I choose label and box which charges me 8 dollars is insane!! It’s not my fault they won’t let me take it to my post office!! Ignorant!!

There are a few key points that make this thermal printer a step above it’s competitors and it’s worthwhile mentioning key engineering design decisions.1. Transparent Cover - The top compartment is transparent so that you can see what labels you’re using. If you have multiple label types you need yo account for, this is it.2. Built-In Rod - This is essential because it will hell prevent the rolled labels from shifting while printing and it keeps it within the machine, making it compact without needing additional desk space for the labels.3. Simple Set-Up - It’s practically plug and play for the hardware and software.For me, I needed a thermal printer that can print my round labels without having a label holder behind it and without having to constantly switch between different types of labels. This solves that problem. Although it is bulkier than my previous thermal printer, the previous one actually took up more space if you account for the label storage.

I got this as I print ebay labels now and then and couldn't really justify getting a regular paper printer for that alone. This was the cheapest option I could find, and included some test labels. Setup was a bit tricky, so I suggest watching the video (it goes to a google drive spot). Downloading the labels and directly printing using the included cable (bonus: usb-c converter was a nice touch) was simple and quick. My only complaint is I wish it printed a BIT darker, as sometimes the USPS workers have trouble scanning the tracking barcode. But they are otherwise readable and stick onto packaging fine.If you want a basic label printer and intend for low to possibly moderate use, this would be a good pick. It's small and fits in my otherwise tiny apartment just fine.

Very easy to set up, took a bit of fine tuning in settings to make it print just right. Also make sure you crop your label the way you’d like. 100% recommend, great for my small business. Saving on cutting and taping labels, plus no printer ink!
