The best out there!
This is just phenomenal. Nothing but roasted pistachios. Very liquidy and needs stirring. Pricey but if you make it yourself it costs just about as much and is a big mess and hassle. This is amazing on toasted Ezekiel muffins. Yum.

Deeeeelicious
So creamy and smooth, with incredible flavor!!! Just pure pistachio goodness without the sugars and oils and garbage. I use it plain, but have also blended it into plain vanilla icing for chocolate/rosewater cakes!

Good Flavor. Don’t Like the Sunflower Oil.
Tigernut butter has so many benefits, I’m always encouraged to see more Tigernut products on the market and Gourmanity’s Tigernut butter is no exception. It has good flavor and is extremely smooth. However, I’ve only given it four stars because of the sunflower oil - I would’ve given it 3.5 stars if that were an option. I typically avoid sunflower oil due to the high amount of unhealthy omega-6 fatty acids in it. I prefer a competing product that uses only avocado and coconut oils. Not only are the avocado and coconut oils healthier, but the coconut oil also gives it a subtle sweetness that seems to be lacking in Gourmanity’s version. Considering that people who consume Tigernut butter tend to be more health-conscious, the choice to use Sunflower oil in this product confuses me. I believe Gourmanity might do well to at least research the possibility of swapping out sunflower oil for a healthier option.

AIP compliant Tigernut Butter
AIP compliant tiger nut butter that does not separate. Uses avocado and coconut oils instead of seed oils! I ordered the regular and carob version. I expected to fall in love with the carob one because I love chocolate but can no longer eat it but actually preferred the regular flavor. Using it as a substitute for peanut & almond butter and tahini. The shipment came quickly and was intact. Note the jars are plastic for those who might prefer glass.

Item arrived leaking. No refunds
Like so many other customers my butter arrived with a broken seal and oil leaking all over. Item is non returnable or I am certain the majority would be returned. A warning to everyone, save your money

Better taste IMO than peanut butter.
Like other plain nut butters, it settles, so needs a stirring to homogenize the oil and solids. Consistency is about the same as a cashew butter. Pricing not bad terrible for something that is probably not produced in large quantities. I have tigernut flour that I have baked with as well, so am somewhat familiar with and definitely wanted to try it as a 'nut' butter. It's actually tubers from what's commonly called nut sedge - latin name Cyperus esculentus.

BUTTER WAS GOOD HOWEVER NUTS HAD TO BE SOAKED FOR 8 HRS SO I WAS DISAPPOINTED--NOT KNOWING THIS AHEAD OF ORDERING.

While pricey, worth it as this truly is 100% pistachios! I used it to make the viral Dubai chocolate bar for the first time. So amazing, because most of the pistachio butters out there have sugar, milk and bad oils. Came in bubble wrap and delivery was good. I bought it again. Wish there was a bigger option, but this is enough to make 4 massive Dubai chocolate bars.

When I first received the pistachio cream, the packaging was damaged and the cream had leaked out. The lid wasn’t secured properly—there was only a piece of black tape loosely holding it in place. I found the packaging very poor. Also, I think the price doesn’t match the quantity—it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend buying this.
