IONZ APEX - PC Gaming Case, M/ATX Mid Tower, Dual Chamber Dynamic - Front I/O Type C, Tempered Glass (With 6 ARGB PWM Fans) - White

Very Pretty case, looks exactly like it does in the picture. The Case does include the fans and the RGB. The wooden aspect on the side of the case is very subtle but apart from that the case is very nice. Not too light or too heavy, plenty of space inside the case to fit all the components you want, cable management is easy as well. You can store the wiring in the back, makes it look tidy. Airflow is extremely good you do not have to worry about anything getting too warm, unless you have crazy specs, but then you get a better/ bigger case. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Mid-Range Pc case that won't feel cramped.

First of all. It looks amazing, the airflow is great, its incredibly easy to build into the case and its not expensive at all. Very similar to the Hyte 60 for way less of a cost but the same quality. Enough space for any big graphics card too. Definitely recommend.

This case is awful. Cheap materials, poor design, and a terrible user experience. Avoid it completely. The built-in screen is useless. The software feels suspicious and unstable. It barely works. You cannot display anything beyond basic CPU temperatures, and even those readings are wrong. The build quality is poor and the internal space is cramped. Before I upgraded to the 5090 Astral, I had the MSI 5090 Gaming Trio. Removing it from this case was a nightmare. It left marks on the card and made installation painful. A 360 AIO barely fits unless you force it, and even then it feels like a compromise. I ended up throwing the case away and replacing it with the ASUS ROG Hyperion. That case is excellent. Every detail is engineered properly and it was worth every penny. The difference between the two is night and day. One is perfection. The other is failure at every level. Do not buy this. Look elsewhere or spend the extra and get the HYTE case. You will thank yourself later.

Note: This review is for the Ionz Apex Vision not the standard Apex. So this case has only just been released and is so new it is not even on Ionz website yet. At the time of writing this review the price was £129.99 Pro's: ATX - While this case is small it will take a full size ATX Motherboard but if you chose to install a full ATX motherboard and want fans in the bottom then you have to install the motherboard first! If you put fans or hard drives in the bottom then it is likely you won't be able to use the bottom PCI-E slot. (IMHO putting hard drives in the bottom of the case does not look aesthetically pleasing). Screen - it looks good, it is not touch screen and is USB2 so make sure you have enough headers on your motherboard as the case itself requires a USB2 header as well making 2. (I had to purchase a USB Header hub for inside my case). GPU's: It will happily take really long graphics cards (approximately 380mm) however it does not come with a support bracket should your graphics card be heavy. Magnetic Dust filters: There are magnetic dust filters on both the top and bottom of the case which are fine enough to keep out most dust while letting in enough air for cooling and the magnets seem strong enough to hold them in place. Minor niggles: The only part you can actually take out is the HDD/SDD Drive plate, this means installing a radiators/fans direct into the case making installation a little more tricky. If they had just had the PSU install an inch higher and the HDD/SDD Plate half an inch lower it would have been possible to install 2 HDD's (Vertically) rather than the 1 it is designed for. The fans supplied are OK but basic so they show a complete colour rather than multiple colours at once like corsair etc however, I really don't think you can really complain at this price as it comes with 4 daisy chained which connect to a single fan header and RGB header. beaware that these are all set to exhaust while the fans have no directional arrows on them. The fans are also noisier than my corsair fans, so when money permits I will likely replace these with corsair ones (though just 3 RGB Corsair fans cost the same as this entire case!). While there is quite a bit of space at the back there is no real cable management solutions, so cabling at the back will look a mess (at least it can't be seen). The manual is a single A4 page double sided so is of little use. If you have not built a PC before this is probably not the case for you, despite how good it looks and great value it is. Major flaw: While the LCD screen looks good especially for the price, the software is horrendous. The is no manual or information on the screen so no idea what the resolution is. The screen only works when the software is running and your computer won't shutdown when the software is running and I have been unable to get it to autorun on startup. The software appears to be Korean and not all of the labels have been translated in to English and it is not very intuitive. I seriously hope that the software will be updated. It is a real shame because with a couple of tweaks and this would be a real winner but overall I am happy with it so will not be returning why? Essentially because you can not get another case like it for less than £300 and the 011 Dynamic which it appears to be styled after is £450 but, this is after only a few days, so if things change then I will update this review.

very nice looking case but i had to send it back .The case is advertised as “ATX compatible,” but in reality it’s really optimised for mATX. ATX will technically squeeze, but tolerances are so tight that many modern X870 / AM5 boards simply won’t fit comfortably.

Great case to work on, lots of space for fans not so much if you have more then 3 HDDs or SSDs my 4th drive is in the front where a fan should be. Software for the screen could be better, I was on YouTube looking at how to get it to work, cant find how to make videos play on it yet maybe another update later on. Edit: screen no longer works with the software. I'm lucky if it says welcome anymore

Love this new case. Everything fitted as it should. Display is a bit basic but supports images and videos

Case fits b850m motherboard The lcd needs work because I cant use the mobro software but lcd control works but is hard to adjust with very little advice on it I got 4 hard drives attached and overall it all works ok
