Good Trainers, the size comes up slightly smaller than my normal size 12 which is good for me as it's a perfect fit but feels like 11.5

Sizes are way too small. If you are size 8 for nike buy size 9 or 9 1/2 for this shoe. So go up a full size and a half. If you are EU 42 or 42.5, size 9/ 9.5 /10 will fit you in this shoe. 8 or 8 1/2 is way too small in this shoe. Ignore the size guide. The shoe is of decent quality otherwise.
