was using the tws earphones for sometime but most of the companies come with batteries which are not replaceable which made me guilty of increasing the electronic waste on earth. hence went back to wired earphones but they were not practical during work or gym. hence bought these budget bluetooth earphones and using them from a year. sound quality is very good the fit in the ear is good they come with 3 silicone ear pads so you can check your fit. it easily connects to your device and starts and last but not the least it has a mammoth of a battery which may go on for a month if you are using only to pick calls. the mic quality is good and the voice is not muffled. sitting on your shoulders you don't feel the weight the magnetic earphones fix well and don't break off easily. you need a product like this you can go for it. there are other functions like forward or going back which I don't use and the touch pad I use only to pick calls which is rare as I keep my phone on auto pick. the only con is the fins that come are so flimsy that they slip off the earphones and need to be pushed back often once in place they don't move in your ear.

I use the product only to listen to TV programmes so volume control is very important for me and cannot be controlled from the TV set. Unfortunately the default volume in the neckband is at least twice the decibel level than is comfortable for hearing. I tried to reduce the volume using the multifunction button as per instructions given in small (and wholly inadequate) pamphlet enclosed with product, but all to no avail. I wrote an email to the customer care and sent them messages on WA asking them for help to lower the volume in the neckband. Nothing in response. At all. Despite reminders. I have kept away the neckband in my cupboard because using it with present volume levels will only harm my hearing and there is no way to adjust the volume. The after sales service is absolutely pathetic and the product for all purposes is a complete waste of money for me.

Overall Good product. Worth buying.Audio quality and bass level is optimal.Battery life is good.

Blaupunkt Newly Launched Be120 Touch Wireless in Ear Neckband with Multi-Touch Control which I had picked up through Amazon.in on or about 9th May, 2024 was an awsome product which I don't hesittae to recommend to prospective buyers who look around for a Wi-Fi neck band for day to day use. I used this product from day one on a daily basis for listening to podcast and music during my daily workout and cycling (till I lost it unfortunately on 22nd May after forgetting to pick it up from my hotel room in Kyoto, Japan, where I was touring). I found the buid quality of the product very good, sound quality excellent (though Bass a bit High for music), magnet switch off function very convenient and practical. Touch sensibility is lovable and extreamly responsive and battery back up very good. During my 13 days use of the product for about 3 to 4 hours a day, I had to cahrge it only twice. Earlier, I was using Mi & Boat brand similar products, but this one excelled above all. I need to pick up another piece as early as possible. Feel good to give this review,

I have been using this for a week now. This is my first bluetooth headset and decided to go for Blaupunkt because of its German reputation. It had exceeded my expectations and really impressed with the bass. Touch controls felt a little complicated in the beginning but now I have got used to it. Best part is it can be connected to my laptop and phone at the same time.When I am not using them, I keep them powered off using the magnetic switch. As soon as a call comes, by the time I fit them in my ears-they connect to the phone within a couple of seconds and are ready to use. Battery has been more than sufficient and I normally charge it for 5-10mins during the day which is enough to juice them up, they have not discharged fully yet during my regular use. Highly recommend.

Not worth .The Touch functions are too sensitive. First time sent it for replacement when the toch stopped working(in warranty),had to pay Rs 150 Shipping charges.( The service centre is 60 Kms away from Bangalore.since 2 days the same issue has cropped up,when contacted the CC they said ship the product, meaning pay Rs 150 again.buy the product.

I have tried several neckbands, but this is the most convenient. Don't know why it is being under-rated. There is no on-off button. The magnetic earphones do that automatically. That is the best part. Touch control is another plus point. Sound is good, both for listening and recording and phone conversations.
