I'll admit, I have not tried using this warm, but that's largely because my migraines require cold. I could see the heated option being good for sinus issues, but that's just me personally. I felt that the cap being in the freezer was entirely too cold and made things worse. But I will give it props as holding the cap to my chest and neck certainly helped me through it. Remember that all of this is subjective and only my personal experience. It's certainly worth a shot.

I developed PHN after getting Shingles on my scalp, forehead and face. Sun and wind has kept me from enjoying my garden. This cold, soft, flexible cap arrived today and feels wonderful! I can even wear my sunhat without pain. Excellent discovery!!

I wanted to give one of these caps a try, but it might be that these are just not going to work for me. It is quite tight around my head, and I don't have a particularly large head (lol), also I have very little hair volume as well.. but it is just too tight and it makes the pain worse for me. I suppose if you think pressure will help, it would help -- but this one sadly isn't a good tool for me on my migraine days.
