GYMANO® ULTIMATE POWER RACK™ & SUPER 7000™ BENCH | SQUAT CAGE with LAT PULL DOWN & BENCH PACKAGE

I previously had a basic rack (frame and bars only), a standalone dip station, plate storage rack, and bench bought individually. In total that would've been around £320 with a non-adjustable flat bench. A similar quality bench that would have been closer to £380. With this rack there's added value from the pulley system so all-in this is a really good price for what you get!The previous setup used up nearly the entire room. This rack in itself is innately larger with the pulley section added at the back, but much more space efficient as the dip bars can permanently be left in while using other equipment and it also stores the plates on it.I've been using it with 2" olympic plates ant a 7 foot olympic bar with no issues, while the attachments are for 1" plates the olympic attachment bars are a really nice and useful touch.Images added include building in progress and final set up.The only point of improvement for me would be splitting the instructions into more steps. A lot of my time building was checking back at the instructions and even so I did make a few mistakes - particularly when it came to the pulley system; such as attaching the back bar to the main frame without the black pulley section over it and so having to take it back off and redo it. Common sense was enough to see what the errors were, though.

Its a good product very bad instructions and the bench does not fit inside the cage very well due to the pull down equipment at the back also make sure when you read the hight measurements add another 30cm or chin ups will be an issue 😀Overall enjoying it sturdy construction

Good value , some paint chips on opening package and once I started using the rack it shows signs of wear very easily. Assembly instructions are quite vague.Only just holds 6ft Olympic bar . Overall its pretty good but nowhere near professional quality.

Very solid rack. Look no further if you are a regular build and looking for something to use with a moderate weight (under 150 kg). Plenty of fun to have as a home gym / garage equipment. Cheapest I could found on the market so wasn't expecting a great deal but for the money is well worth. It's sturdy and it's well finished. The actual thickness of the structure is also impressive. The instructions are not super clear but to my surprise the rack comes with a straight and a curved bar for lat pull down, a rope attachment (better than some I have seen in the gym), a back rest accessory, some extra adaptive handles (I believe to rest weights on) and it also includes extension handles for dips (not shown in the picture). All in all I am very pleased for this purchase as I have been hesitant for a while...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Issues from start to finish resulting in still not having all the elements of the power rack 6 weeks after the purchase. The seller has intentionally stretched out communications, given false promises and deliberately been allusive so that the 30 days return date has passed and I am left with an incomplete and essentially useless power rack.I would advise anyone of purchase such an item to use a reputable company, not this charlatan.

I paid £199 for this and I'm very happy for the money. The pulley bits require less weight that you might use at the gym and give a good even resistance. If I was being ultra critical, I would say that the chinning bar needed gripper all the way to the end of the bar for very wide grip use and the chains and attachments might have been a little thicker for piece of mind. It's bolted together so you get a little movement in the frame but it takes weight my 18 stone weight or 250lbs barbell no problem. It does have a big footprint so make sure you have enough room.

Nice bit of kit. Pully feels like weight is heavier which is good. I'm a big guy and not a wobble. Really good and strong. All just works. For the money 5*.
