Cheap quality
Had dents in the bottom vessel and quality was cheap. Lid is very quality.

Durable and wonderful steamer
Got hands on this wonderful steamer which is very easy to use and there is no leakage of steam as it comes with a lid and it is made of high quality steel and the bottom pot can be used to cook curry as well. Must have item in kitchen to ease cooking.

Amazing steamer for cooking
I made momos and boiled vegetables in this and it was very convenient to use, it can be used on an induction. It has compact design to be stored easily. The best thing is that the steamer is of stainless steel so it is good for healthy cooking and is easy to clean.

Worst customer service EVER. I don't usually write reviews but I had to pen down my thoughts for this one.When the product arrived, it seemed good. But when I used it, steam started coming out from lid and my whole induction cooktop was filled with water which is dangerous and could harm my expensive induction as well.I placed a replacement and they showed me the order is in transit. But without even contacting me, the order was on his way back to home and I don't have any option to get it delivered. It's been 1 month and over now and the status is still showing being returned. I tried reaching out to customer support, tried contacting brand as well but no one tesponded with an appropriate response.I can use this product and lost my valuable money and peace of mind. WORST BRAND EVER.
