Q: do you sell replacement lids?

Hi! we do not, but standard lids used for similar tumblers should work :)

Q: how long are the lids suppose to last? if had mine for 3 months, only washed them by hand, and all four lids cracked.

I had mine since December & still good. I don't know how long the lids should last.

Q: 20 oz tumbler top diameter?

not sure but I know that the lids that fits the 20oz also fits the 22oz

Q: I would like to see a photo of the bottom of the tumbler. i have one that looks identical in construction that states hand wash only on the bottom.

It says lids are top rack dishwasher safe. But tumbler its self can have its seal broken. You will notice a decrease in time it holds the ice or heat in cup after this happens. I work with these tumblers all the time. They are amazing but you have to be careful with tumbler its self in dishwasher.
